L'Hôtel Québec par JARO

Les chambres sont propre, mais les lampes de chevet étaient brisée ainsi que la pomme de douche. Le personnel est impéccable! Un très bon séjour par contre le gym fait pitier étant un papa qui s'entraine beaucoup, j'ai été déçu sur ce point. Les buffets de soirée et du petit déjeuné sont excellent et ils auront plaire à toute la famille.

Tout etait vraiment beau!!!

Room was clean with good amenity and family friendly. However imo pool can be improved. We found its a bit not as clean as we expected. Especially the hot tub. Other than that everything else was good

Beaucoup d'activités dans la journée pour les enfants.

We stayed in a suite, the suites are small. All the activities and the pool were packed, it was not enjoyable at all. We had lunch at the restaurant in the hotel. It took over 1/2 hr to get our food. We didn't order anything complicated. A salad, nachos, 2 kids meals . Once it came, it was not very good ,you could tell it was left under the heat lamp for too long. Would not go back.

Piscine, sauna et zone d’eau pour enfant vraiment froid, pas agréable. Eau piscine trouble. Construction autour du site complique l’arrivée des taxi, très long. Chambre vieillotte, pas de prise proche du lit.

Other than the pool area for kids, the hotel is actually very subpar. Even the pool area itself is chaotic, not enough seating, and extremely humid. However , it’s still fun for the kids. Hidden fees / exclusions: even if it’s a room for 4 people , you pay extra fees for over 2 people ( even if they are kids ) . Cleaning is not done everyday - they only refill coffee ( which they didn’t do) and replace towels ( they replaced 1 towel- we are a family of 4). The didn’t even give a wipe to the table or attempt to clean at all. Food and beverage add up (10$ drinks by the pool , breakfast buffet nothing special at almost 25$ each ) We had an « upgraded » suite with 2 rooms. It was downstairs from the lobby. When you got to the "1st" floor you walk by this electrical room left wide open with garbage everywhere. Got to our room, had to call front desk as TV remote was not working. The room itself was not worth the price ( little square pillows, cracks in the walls). The hotel gave me the option of a late check out to make up for the many issues encountered - I didn’t bother responding to their call about it. They didn’t even offer to bring more towels ( like we complained about). Although the pool area is nice for kids , I would not recommend this hotel as the price point does not match amenities.

Belles activités mais il était sensé avoir des jeux gonflables mais sans qu’il ne soit écrit en nul part il n’y en avais plus pour le moment semblerait t’il c’est ce qu’un employé m’a dis j’ai été déçu de ça . Aussi la piscine étais quand même froide et le spa n’étais pas vraiment un spa l’eau était tiède.

Ont a vraiment aimé cet Hôtel, la piscine, la nourriture, la propreté tout étaient parfait. Aussi elle est pres de tout, Aquarium du Quebec, les centres uet le vieux Quebec, je la recommande.

Chambre mal insonorisée, les enfants courent partout tard la nuit. Pas de bain dans la chambre

Hôtel très bruyant si vous avez une chambre donnant sur la piscine surtout le samedi soir avec show de chansonniers jusqu’à 10h30

Front desk there was a rude lady i think she was the manager of the staff.. except that the kids had a blast but wont be going again just because of that

Yes, rooms were clean, our only complaint would be that our outdoor balcony was not cleaned from previous guests. Very family friendly and the food at the hotel restaurant was very appetizing, presentation was lovely. The staff were extremely polite, professional and very friendly.

I had fun staying here. Although some of the staff dont speak English and i dont speak french so there’s one day that they didnt clean our room because of the miss communication. But other than that its a nice hotel and kids friendly cause they have some event for kids everyday. Which is good if you have kids cause they will really enjoy it. Its a family hotel.

Hôtel parfait pour les jeunes familles. Vous pouvez y passer un week-end complet, ne jamais en sortir et vos enfants seront occupés en permanence. Par contre, si vous avez le sommeil fragile, l’hotel est assez mal insonorisé (bruits d’eau et on entend facilement les conversations dans les corridors). Personnellement j’ai réussis à dormir maximum 4 heures la première nuit et ma conjointe qui dors comme une roche a également été réveiller à quelques reprises. Point positif : les prix du restaurant et du bar font du sens comparativement à plusieurs hotel, stationnement gratuit et service rapide au desk meme aux heures de pointes. Bref, super hotel de famille, mais apportez des bouchons.

Tout le personnel ( hôtel, restaurant, piscine( sauveteur très sympathique )) a été d’une agréable gentillesse. Un endroit idéal pour un séjour en famille. Merci
