You can truly relax while the kids have the time of their life. The beds are so comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful

The fireplace in the room was lovely and there were so many amenities for the kids. Will come here again. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t operational, which was very disappointing for us parents. Hopefully next time it will be running. The restaurant was delicious. Had several really good meals and the breakfast buffet had so many options. Wifi is not free. But we didn’t really need it. Kids were so busy!

Very kid friendly hotel. We were on spring break with our two children and it was a perfect trip. Lots of activities for the kids.

Place was clean welcoming on the reception, the room service and the service in the hotel not to create we try to order a trip to the room. They cannot help us. They say you have to go by yourself to pick it up and the room server they did not clean the room next day even they left the plates empty no towel will be changed. No bed be cleaned up. I stay two nights or three days and on the second day when I came back, I was suspecting the room it’s clean and everything organized but unfortunate

My stay was great. The kids loved the hotel and the pool. We had a sense of being in a resort down south. The only issue was the restaurant staff. The lady at the front was great but I don’t think there was enough staff, because we had to ask another server for coffee. But the food was good for a resort. There was all sorts of activities for the kids, which was a plus. The lifeguards were also great. We would go again for sure.

L hotel est bien pour ceux qui ont des enfants et quand meme bien entretenu. Le resto est moyen. Il y a beaucoup d activites tres interessantes pour les enfants.

Les activités super ! Mes filles ont adorés !! Très familiale. Le personnel est efficace et courtois. Le seul petit bémol est le manque de chaises autour de la piscine. Je comprends, Il y a beaucoup de monde. Bref, une superbe experience et nous reviendront.

If you’re looking for a hotel that’s fine, this is your place. Not great, not terrible—just solidly, confidently average. The room was okay: nothing fancy, nothing tragic, just a bed, four walls, and the comforting hum of “you get what you pay for.” Now, the pool. Imagine Times Square on New Year’s Eve… but wetter. I’ve never seen so many humans in one body of water. At one point I wasn’t sure if I was swimming or just being gently transported by the current of children. But hey, the kids loved it. We paid for them to be in the pool, and they absolutely got their money’s worth—especially with the bouncy castle, which was basically their personal kingdom. The staff? Lovely. Pleasant. Cheerful in a way that made me wonder what kind of caffeine they’re drinking and where I can get some. Truly the highlight. Food-wise, it was… food. The younger crowd seemed thrilled, piling their plates like they were preparing for winter. The older folks, meanwhile, looked like they were quietly negotiating with their digestive systems. But nobody died, so overall a win. In short: if you have kids, they’ll have a blast. If you don’t, you’ll question every life choice that led you to an overcrowded pool on this March break. But the staff smiles, the room exists, and the children sleep well afterward—so honestly, that’s a victory!
