Wonderful stay from the beginning. Professional and friendly staffs. Rooms are clean and well designed. The only hotel that does not have a noisy heater, in fact no sound at all. It also makes a drying area for ski gear. How thoughtful! Hooks for snow jacket by the door. The best part is that you can turn off the mini fridge with a switch. 1 sink outside of the bathroom makes it easy for families. Decent hot breakfast great for all ages. Get everybody ready for the mountain. I also saw a ski shuttle picking people up right from the hotel. Complementary hot tea and coffee at the lobby 24H.

My family go to this Mountaineer Lodge every winter season for skiing and their service is excellent and the shuttle bus stops right in front of the lodge which is very convenient. Room has been updated (I think only main side), everything is exceptionally clean.

The staff were greats and room were spacious. The only bad experience I had was I requested for room service twice, they acknowledged and no one came to do anything. Not a big deal!! Overall, solid stay about 7 min drive to lake louise.
