Overall good value for our stay. Breakfast is great. Place was clean. Just need to renovate stairs to balcony rooms. They are very worn and old looking and not a good first impression going in.

We could hear every single footstep on the upper floor. They won't stop banging until midnight. Our kids were startled, especially when we were trying to sleep and the noise kept us awake. We tried to call the front desk several times but always "busy". They offered to move us to different room but it was already 10pm and hard to move all our stuff. We stay here annually and this time was not a great experience.

Great place, newly renovated rooms. Good size rooms and clean. Very well priced. Great breakfast included which is a bonus and free parking. Perfect little lodge stay to explore the area.

It was a wonderful stay. The motion activated bathroom light was super neat and I quite enjoyed the overall design of our room and of the lobby, everything was nice and clean, and the beds were SUPER comfy! My only complaint is the screaming children who ran around the hall and right outside our door at 6am, but that is expected when out in public.

So appreciate the breakfast buffet included in the package.

Lots of sound transfer in between rooms, but the space was functional for what we were looking for!

Staff was great and friendly. For a “Lodge” we really wanted a fireplace or mountain view from the room or something that would stand out beyond just a room in beautiful Lake Louise. A reading light behind or around the reading chair would be nice. There is so much unused space in those rooms, it would be amazing to at least have it feel a bit more welcoming than empty. To have more options for coffee/tea/snacks would be amazing too.

La situation à côté du lac Louise, les commerces à proximité étaient top. Un seul tout petit bémol, l'odeur de caoutchouc dans le hammam. Mise à part ça tout était très bien.

We had a great stay!

Staff members are very friendly, attentive, respectful and hospitable. They assisted us even before our stay in the lodge, we called for help regarding passes and parking, information at Lake Louise were provided by Roldan (staff on duty at the front desk). The hotel manager, Marlon relentlessly asked if we require anything or any assistance in the hotel. He also helped us with the list of places to visit and how to get there. Thanks to the excellent service of the staff of Mountaineer Lodge. We highly recommend the place if you’re planning to see Lake Louise and Banff.

Bain a remous bien chaud. Chambre propre. Tout s'est bien passé.

Property was very convenient to all the lakes we wanted to see, especially Lake Louise. a great area to stay definitely recommend to others. The staff and services were great, very informative. I love how they had 24/7 complimentary coffee and tea to go.

Yes you have the best cookies in Lake Louise :p

I wish the shower is located out of the steam room.
