at the front desk was amazing! Super friendly, professional, and made check-in fast and easy. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Definitely one of the best hotel staff I’ve ever met!

Room was very roomy and comfy.

Excellent, friendly staff. Having no elevator was a little challenging, but we managed. Great location.

A good stay

The property was well positioned in lake Louise with great parking. The room size was excellent with a good range of amenities and a great shower. The bed mattress had great hollows in from larger guests and should have been retired ages ago. The fridge was so noisy we had to turn it off. The noise from upstairs guests and an adjacent access door slamming was a nuisance late on and early in the morning (5.30am). Lastly the property was near the main train tracks where trains run all night some are fast. So earplugs were necessary to provide a modest amount of comfort.

Great location to take shuttles to Lakes n shopping. Clean n comfortable rooms and amenities. Loud train runs near by otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Staff were very nice. Great sauna & hot tub. Rooms were clean, functional & comfy. Walking distance to the Sampson mall, bus stops & Post restaurant

Great place to stay in Lake Louise. Our room was very clean and was in excellent condition. The complimentary breakfast was very good & staff did a great job keeping the food coming with all the people eating. I would definitely stay again.

It is new facility and furniture in the room. The room is with spacious space.

Very nice property. Convenient to parks we were visiting. Good dining options nearby.

Room was newly renovated, had AC and was close to restaurants, store and gas station. Free breakfast was added bonus.

While the rooms were very clean & the staff very hospitable, unfortunately the occupants above us sounded like they were constantly walking a marathon. It was annoying to have to listen to the walking back & forth which was loud. Also, had no idea there would be a $50 security deposit. This was not relayed to us upon booking. We ended up checking out early as we had a very early flight the next morning & wanted to be closer to the airport. They had to check our room before we left to get our security back. While I understand that hotels have rules, it was only my husband & I & we’re both in our 60s, enjoying our Canadian Rockies vacation. What damage would we possibly do? I guess the hotel had bad experiences in the past. Also, we were asked both times when we were having breakfast what our room number was. Again, I understand there are rules, but we are not freeloaders.
