The hotel is conveniently located where food/eatery/gas are just nearby/walkable. Staffs were very friendly. Room was clean & spacious. We were at level 2, no lift but okay to carry up our bags. We love the breakfast, simple yet delicious; daily options vary from sausages, bacon, waffles DIY, hash browns they were cooked so well, one of the best ^^ at the reception area too they provided coffee, tea, apples & cookies (love em’ so much!). Overall pleased with the stay, will definitely come back to visit again. Thank you!

In a good location with shopping and dining nearby. The rooms do not have air conditioning. They do provide a fan. The rooms are clean and have been updated. Nice soaker tub in the bathrooms. However, we were in the rooms that you park in front of. So not much distance between your room and where cars are parking. It was fairly quiet and the included breakfast is a nice perk to staying here.

The rooms in this hotel are very nice. I just expected more for a $500+ per night hotel. Plastic cups to drink from. No restaurant or bar to relax in. Walk across the carpark to get some ice. A 20 min check-in process. No assistance with luggage. Wi-Fi and TV were not working due to some outage….no offer of any compensation. The grounds of the hotel need quite a deal of maintenance. Overall I felt the hotel was completely overpriced, and did not represent value for money.
