The staff were greats and room were spacious. The only bad experience I had was I requested for room service twice, they acknowledged and no one came to do anything. Not a big deal!! Overall, solid stay about 7 min drive to lake louise.

This hotel has been renovated since my last stay. It was wonderful - clean, lots of storage ability, heated bootwarmers (!), brand new bathroom. Very very nice!
