One of the cleanest and nicest hotels I've stayed at ever!!! The pool was nice, lightly heated, which felt great after a nice day of sight-seeing. Also the hotel is close to many shops and restaurants, yes, it's a short drive to the falls, which we didn't mind that. The hotel was fairly quiet, yes the traffic can be disturbing, but manageable. The only downfall that we encountered was the breakfast is served only on weekends, I wish we would've been informed upon check-in. Overall a great stay, room was spacious and clean, you can really tell they take care of their rooms and amenities. We've stayed at Ramadas before and I find they need updating, but this one was perfect!!! Great job and we'll definitely be returning.

- hidden fees were sent few days before check in which is too late to cancel at this point - found a bed bug on a pillowcase - I didn’t get the invoice after check-out, and I called the hotel, while I was confirming the email, the line suddenly dropped. So I called again and asked if she hang up on me. She told me the line cut off. So I tried to confirm the email with her and she sent me again. After I told her I received, she immediately hang up on me. A student stuff with an attitude.

You are charged a resort fee whether you use the amenities or not - but the hotel doesn’t have BASIC cable! Coffee shop sells you a 6 dollar cup of coffee but they have no cream - message light on my phone for 4 days but you cannot retrieve the message. Very much disappointed with this property, expected more from the Ramada brand

The satff and property were good. My issue is the hidden fees. 20 a day for parking, 40 a day for dog fee, property fee, on top of expedia already charging taxes, resort fees and no prewarning on extra parking fee and taxation. If i were expedia i would contact the property and work out a deal that doesnt show 62 a night then end up 120 a night or more once a person has arrived. Other sites dont have this issue and the property even suggested next time i use other site to alleviate most of this issue. People use this service to ensure charges in advance and hope for no surprises.
