Hidden fees added to the room. The front desk lady did warn us about the additional parking fee, ok. I'm cool with that. However, I was not aware of the additional $20 / night resort fee or the DMF fee. The "resort" consisted of 4 cardio machines and a small pool. They claim 2 indoor pools, false...yes one small pool and the hot tub was filled with artificial turf. Be up front with fees as I did choose this hotel based on overall cost. Also, the hotel had a mild mildew smell, very visible signs of wear and tear. Again, slightly expect with price of hotel but was not expecting hidden fees.

We booked a room with a fire place and balcony. When we arrived the room had neither. Upon talking to staff, told the property never had that type of room. I pulled up the website where I saw it - they blamed it on hotels.com...stating different sites have different descriptions. (False Advertising). We left the property, received a full refund. Later told (by locals) good we left - police at that property ALL the time - it's now used for homeless people. Terrible!!!!

First off I booked a room on the ground level and when we checked in, they moved us to the forth floor without even knowing if either one of us had trouble walking. Then the room they put us in was SO noisy from the constant traffic on the highway! It was as though there was no insulation around the air conditioners. Very disappointing... we checked out earlier than planed and will never go back!

Everything was great but there was a smell in the corridors and the rooms. I wish they can use some air freshener everywhere to make the ambiance more appealing

We didn’t appreciate all those extra fees at checkout at $170 for 2 nights in hotel fees - plus we paid Expedia $180 a night per rooms was over priced. Extra parking fee $20 per night per room was another extra fee which we thought would be included per room. We had 3 cars for 2 nights, so that’s easily a dinner out !! Too many fees everywhere in Niagara Falls now including resort fees ?? Like it’s not a hot beach in the south or anything !! lol Only one small swimming pool in use was available, for the children to take a quick dip ! Hot Tub would have been nice to use as it’s no longer in use. Front door security guard all through the night was very kind, and helpful around the grounds. Niagara Falls is a wild place at night, so we did appreciate that assurance. Staff was wonderful helping us with whatever we needed including an extra cot for the teenagers! Thank you again ! Ps. Be mindful off all the extra fees at checkout.

Clean room

We had black mold in our room, we found it took pictures had the maintence come to the room to fix it, he knew exactly where it was and only offered to "glue it back on the wall". My 70 year old grandma was so sick after the second night in the room she couldn't enjoy the day to go see Niagara falls. The manager has yet to get back to us and has been hiding from us ever since. Never offered anythint for the horrible stay not even a sorry. Will never stay here again.

We booked two rooms. One room had a stale odour while the other one had a very strong odour of rotten eggs. We had to rush to get to the wedding so when we returned from the wedding at 1 am, we asked to have a room change. The gentleman at the desk was very apologetic and immediately changed the one room. Unfortunately, the next room had a strong cigarette smell to it. He then moved us to another room. He was very accommodating and even came up to make sure the room was okay. The next morning we dined at the hotel's breakfast restaurant. Big mistake... we were in a rush and the meals took 30 minutes to prepare and the 2 omelets were made with canned mushrooms and lunch meat ham. The potatoes were bland and the toast was soggy. Not worth $21 plus tax each.

staff is good and the place is nice and just across the street of the hotel the branded outlet so you spend more money 😄

The service was good; the rooms were clean and done every day. Very comfortable beds, nice room with a small fridge. The breakfast is not included, so calculate about 50$ extra per day for two. Don’t drink the coffee in the room, it’s awful. It’s very noisy because of the adjacent busy road. Parking costs extra although the hotel is in the outskirts of Niagara. We shared a car with another couple who decided to take another hotel where parking was free. Altogether affordable, friendly and clean.

had a bad experience at this hotel. When I checked in, they gave me the wrong room key, and there was already another guest in that room. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I hope the management improves their check-in process.”
