We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were well-maintained, and everything I needed was available. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Awful area of town, additional fees for parking, and the Niagara Falls tourist tax. To be fair, most of Niagara Falls looks run down but nothing seems to be maintained or invested in here. The staff were nice, though we barely had to deal with them after check in. The room was okay, though the AC was extremely loud and kept us awake. The kids had fun in the pool and it was well stocked with towels. While I wouldn’t stay here again, I would generally skip Niagara Falls completely. Not at all worth the cost of staying here.

The property was under construction and was noisy and dirty. Pools were not accessible and restaurant was closed. Very difficult to find a staff member to get help with issues like noise. Room very dated and plain. Bathroom old but serviceable. Would not recommend based on my stays at other properties. Also pay attention to the room charges. Make sure they remember to credit you back your deposit!!
