We spent New Year's Eve and two additional days at the Park Hyatt Shenzhen, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. From the seamless check-in process to the incredible amenities like the free sauna, hot and cold pools, steam room, and beautifully maintained pool area, everything exceeded our expectations. The morning buffet was a highlight—delicious, diverse, and perfectly curated. A big thank you to the reception team led by Chris for their warm hospitality and to Edison and the breakfast team for their impeccable service. This was truly a memorable stay, and we can't wait to return!

Really comfortable stay for a family of 4 ( 1 baby and 1 toddler). They have even have slippers and toiletries ready for the kids! Location was extremely convenient. Walkable distance to major shopping areas and kids entertainment areas. Would definitely stay here again when in SZ.

I guess I’m not welcome from thiis hotel from the very beginning. I checked in with my husband and we gave them both our documents whilst checking in. But when we went into our room , the tv screen which showed our surname in the screen was wrong . And the turn down service .. was the worst I ever experienced in the five star hotel in my life. The washroom was never replenished or cleaned . And they only placed one bottle of water and slipper on the bedside which indicated one person was staying in the room . I talked to the manager , he apologized but his attitude was not caring and just asked me what he can compensate.. To he honest, I don’t want complimentary breakfast etc . I jusf want their sincere apology but it didn’t happen . I will never stay in the Hyatt group again .

welcoming place, with modern rooms and beautifully designed ambients (Lounge, Restaurants, Lobby) it is very likely to please.also the most.damding guests. The staff is really amazing, the food and the drinks are really good. So glad I choose this place. If I come back, this is the one I will always come back to. Also the location is very convenient, with one of the largest shopping malls nearby.

Ruined my day with poor service and communication. Things to share. 1. I sent my T shirt to be cleaned, obviously the staff who took my shirt never listened to my request upon handling. The next day their concierge called me asking again on how to clean. I confirmed with them many times to put the cleaned shirt in my room even with the red light on, however, they don’t listen to me. On the third day I found out there is something wrong with my shirt possible due to their over wash and I called the concierge, it took them forever to call me back…. 2. I don’t think they are qualified to be a 5 start rated hotel, all other competitive hotels even including 4 start hotels would prepare the slippers placed beside the bed, they are the exception. 3. I requested a different weight scale on the phone, the lady who answered the phone seems very impatient.
