Nearly perfect corporate luxury hotel experience. I especially appreciate the eco conscious efforts such as the water packaged in paper instead of plastic.

My stay at the Park Hyatt Shenzhen was a study in contrasts. The hotel’s location is perfect, and the service from all staff—from the proactive bellmen to the diligent housekeepers—was truly exceptional and the highlight of my stay. However, this positive experience was severely undermined by critical failures in room facilities, unacceptable for a luxury brand. The refrigerator did not cool at all, spoiling food. The TV remote was largely non-functional, making it impossible to change channels without restarting the television. Furthermore, the bathroom's magnifying mirror was broken and unusable as its hinge was loose. These are not minor issues; they point to a serious lack of maintenance and management oversight. It's a shame to see the hotel's excellent staff being let down by failures in basic hardware, which ultimately tarnishes the Park Hyatt reputation.

僅僅幾天前住的大套房，和今次的普通天際房對比， 感覺服務差得很遠；服務是完全看房間類別可以理解，但是離譜的是我當晚跟禮賓說需要一條充電線，然後去了洗澡，開了請勿打擾的燈，但是正在浴室的時候聽到外面服務人員直接進來了跟我說放在房間裡面了，這件事會不會太離譜了一點。

酒店為男朋友安排特式生日佈置、賀卡，及生日蛋糕，非常有心思，酒店室內泳池尺寸和水溫適中，更衣室內有按摩浴池，環境設施周到。 48樓酒吧有歌手唱歌，氣氛很好。 所有酒店職員都很有禮貌，特別謝謝職員Sunny 解釋詳細貼心周到。

生日慶祝 幫我升級了大套房 還有玫瑰花瓣 送了蛋糕和紅酒 很驚喜 酒店甜品水平很高 房間設計很多細節做得很好 到深圳會再繼續住

Everything arrangement from the staff is prefect

酒店整體裝潢有格調，簡約時尚，非常滿意！房間寬敞美觀，十分舒適。酒店職員態度殷勤有禮，貼心處理顧客所需。可惜沒有到酒店餐廳用膳，期待下次入住再體驗！

1. Double confirm my room request, but finally just did 30% on it, such as extra pillow and early check in(12pm). 2. Removed some usual benefits to the customer, such as complimentary minibar and sweet dessert. 3. No tissue paper in living room. 4. Poor value for money because of the above experience.

The bed size of the twin bed is small compare with other hotel WiFi not strong enough Air -con is not strong. Quite hot during at night

住過這麼多的5星級酒店，頭一次看到深圳柏悅酒店房間裡面竟然沒有小冰箱反而提供儲藏小箱子！尤其在大夏天難道不怕東西變壞了嗎？

工作人員非常熱心、積極！房間寬敞乾淨、地處市中心卻很安靜！柏悅的一切讓我在深圳留下極佳體驗！

Love the service, experience, and cleanliness of the hotel. Absolutely outstanding. The staff was very polite and pleasant. The room was very tidy and spacious. The overall setting of the room is perfect, have the toilet being separated from the shower room is a plus. Have stayed in other hotels in Shenzhen. However, this is one of the best I've stayed and would absolutely go back again. :)

Really hope that there will be a subway linking to the railway system to the hotel so that we won't get wet just like this few days.

Overall very high quality as you can expect from a Park Hyatt hotel, but it is the breakfast which surprised us. Location is right next to Coco Park. I think this should be the best hotel in Shenzhen. Highly recommend!
