Liked the ground floor junior suite which is dog friendly and our dig cannot do stairs. It was comfortable for all of us with plenty of room for the dog.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, check in and out was easy. However, in our room bed was uncomfortable. We kept rolling off the bed all night. Mattress is probably too old or worn out.

2 negatives for me - the jacuzzi was broken annoying but not the end of the world...
When I was checking in another staff member kept on interrupting the staff member I was dealing with... with no apology or recognition that they were talking to me. I found it a little rude.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Facilities in the Hotel are very good. Swimming pool is a excellent. I did need my ear plugs at night because you can hear families/other guests in adjacent rooms if they are noisy and I am a light sleeper.
