Arrived and I got told I had booked two rooms, and four breakfasts which obviously was a mistake. Whilst I was on the phone in the lobby trying to sort it out they took the money for both rooms and the four breakfasts off my card! WTH I was trying to sort it out. You had no authorisation to do that especially not the breakfast. Expedia called them they agreed to only charge half for the room. I went back to the desk agreed to pay half for the unwanted room and cancel all the breakfast at which point the arrogant manager just said he is cancelling my entire booking and find some where else to stay and my credit got the rooms will take up to 5 days I think he was hoping that I didn’t have money for another hotel room. Shame really because this is my normal go to hotel. I’m sure it could have been sorted out. But every disappointment is a blessing found another hotel which has now become my new recommended go to hotel. Still not got the refund but I had a great night in hull thanks

The overall hotel was clean but our shower had dirt stripes in it when we first entered the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly but overall it wasn't the greatest when it came to sleep due to the amount of noise from the hotel itself.

Great Hotel, all the staff were friendly and welcoming, very helpful and alway polite and courteous. The rooms were clean and fresh with a modern feel to them.

Fantastic stay. Room was cold but easily solved by turning off the air conditioning. Breakfast was excellent both in terms of choice and quality and all attractively laid out. The hotel is a bit further from the station than we'd anticipated but we'd definitely stay again as the quality and facilities were so good.

The property is neat and very comfortable to stay. We enjoyed our moments together as a family

Fabulous stay, spotlessly clean and very stylish hotel. Room was gorgeous, bathroom great, lovely shower and so clean. We had a few drinks in the bar and the rooftop bar, both were really nice and felt really cosy to sit in. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. We would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend this hotel. You wont be disappointed

Great hotel. Unfortunately air con wasn’t working and you can’t open the windows for fresh air. Although it’s hardly the hotels fault the weather was so hot. Good hotel, would recommend when it’s not 30c outside.

Great hotel only down side was the lack of tea making items such as tea bag’s and no sugar

Check-in staff were friendly - offered a free cookie! - room was a good size, as was the bathroom. No issues.

Good hotel but be aware if arriving late and parking in the hotel car park the walk through dark deserted streets can be scary if alone

Rooms really nice, bed comfortable, clean & lovely bathroom with large shower and mirror. Had nice cocktails upstairs in the Lexington bar.

Excellent hotel at a great price very close to Railway Station. Will definitely stay there again.

I attended my friends charity evening at the hotel and booked a room. Accommodation is superb, fresh, modern and very clean! Very friendly, helpful staff.I will stay again and I will recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve stayed here several times and it never disappoints. Staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are clean, roomy and clean. The gym is good and the bars in the lobby and upstairs are great. Breakfast is excellent. Location is great for the shops and train station, a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend.

Great sized room and perfect location for Connexion Live. Lovely bar and food offerings, breakfast was fab!
