Over all the hotel was fantastic, the only improvement that could be made was allergy signage on the breakfast buffet. This was not clearly marked and more information given on how to order gluten free toast / options etc.

Great hotel with a great location to the main train station. Staff are all so lovely and helpful and rooms are facilities are well maintained and really clean. This was our second stay here and will always be our main choice of hotel when visiting Hull.

Very friendly staff who were extremely helpful. The room was excellent, spacious and comfortable with a very big shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. I’ll Definitely stay again.

Hotel was clean and modern and the staff were helpful. But... Arrived at 6.30 pm and room still not ready, given a complimentary drink voucher which I did not have time to use. Eventually checked in at 10.30 upon my return. One of the bedside lights did not work and although there was shampoo in the shower it would not pump out. The Buffet Breakfast at 7.00 am was fresh with good variety. The checkout was smooth at 7.45 am and they paid for my parking when I explained I had not used the complimentary drink voucher.

All you need in a hotel at a reasonable price near centre of city. Bedroom and bathroom were well-sized and comfortable. Parking was convenient. All staff were helpful and friendly - particularly Miguel at breakfast.

Great hotel in the centre of Hull, used the public car park at the rear of the hotel which was only £4 for an over night stay. Hotel is exactly what you expect from Hilton, enjoyed the hot cookie on arrival.

Lovely clean hotel, staff helpful and friendly. Slightly difficult to find the parking but was useful to have.

Nice stay

Friendly staff on the whole. We booked a double and were initially sent to a twin room but fortunately this was quickly remedied. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Tatty desk chair. Bathroom clean. Some chips on edges of tiles in the shower area. Spent some time mid evening in the bar. Only two tables were available when we arrived, both with dirty glasses etc. Neither was cleared in the hour we were there, though the bar staff did not appear to be very busy.

Great hotel I'm central location and close to transport links. Arrived to check in and a warm cookie - checks for allergies done at the same time. Was a short trip so didn't use the hotel facilities but would stay again.
