The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas.
The staff were absolutely amazing nothing was to much trouble for them.
They make you feel so special and welcome.
The food was amazing from the breakfast to the Christmas lunch.

Fabulous night was there for a charity event with friends and my disabled daughter who is also gluten free. Service was exceptional and attention to allergies was absolutely amazing especially as they were not advised before hand about her allergy.
We were both impressed.
The room was amazing so clean and comfortable.
Reception when we arrived was fantastic we checked in then they asked if we had any allergies before handing us a cookie what a wonderful surprise.
Breakfast was also fab.
We were greeted by a lovely Greek lady named Thomi who sorted out my daughters gluten free breakfast. Thomi chatted to us and made my daughter who is also autistic and has ADHD feel so special and welcome which helped her to relax and enjoy her breakfast.
The choices that where available on the buffet breakfast was really good and the food was delicious.
All I can say is thank you to all the staff from the cleaners and the security guards to the reception and restaurant staff for making our stay wonderful.
Can't wait to stay again.

Staff and location are excellent with great parking. The junior suite is just a long triangular shape normal room. Bed uncomfortable - could feel and hear the springs when moving. Bath was clean but looked very dirty due to deterioration of non slip coating. Black hairs on wall of shower (not ours). Not as good as I remember from previous visits - but one of the best options in hull if the price is reasonable.

Lovely hotel and staff could not be more helpful
Unfortunately when we arrived at our room it had not been cleaned or made up , the staff at The desk were quickly on it and moved us rooms and gave us complimentary drinks at the bar , on arriving at the second room there was a smelly pizza box under the bed but again the reception staff soon sorted it and again offered free drinks .. I would stop here again without a doubt the hotel is lovely and the staff great I think on this occasion we were very unlucky

Well situated hotel, staff great, room comfortable and stylish, small gym nice, breakfast excellent.
Only issue is the car park which, while attached to the hotel you have to walk outside and its not a quick walk. With a torn tendon in my knee and a wet weekend it was soul destroying walking to and from the car park.

Paid for breakfast, let me tell you what an expect. Good coffee, range and a fry up, however the coffee tasted like vending machine coffee, I can do better with my home bean to cup machine.
They also send you a number of bot texts throughout the day asking how it’s going which was annoying.
However I will say the rooms were good value for money and you’re close to a fairly big shopping centre.
Value for money was good.

We have stayed here a few times. It is a lovely modern Hilton with friendly staff, nice rooms and relaxing bar area.
The biggest let down is the restaurant. The service is slow and the quality of food is below what you would expect.

Arrived and I got told I had booked two rooms, and four breakfasts which obviously was a mistake. Whilst I was on the phone in the lobby trying to sort it out they took the money for both rooms and the four breakfasts off my card! WTH I was trying to sort it out. You had no authorisation to do that especially not the breakfast. Expedia called them they agreed to only charge half for the room. I went back to the desk agreed to pay half for the unwanted room and cancel all the breakfast at which point the arrogant manager just said he is cancelling my entire booking and find some where else to stay and my credit got the rooms will take up to 5 days I think he was hoping that I didn’t have money for another hotel room. Shame really because this is my normal go to hotel. I’m sure it could have been sorted out. But every disappointment is a blessing found another hotel which has now become my new recommended go to hotel. Still not got the refund but I had a great night in hull thanks

The overall hotel was clean but our shower had dirt stripes in it when we first entered the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly but overall it wasn't the greatest when it came to sleep due to the amount of noise from the hotel itself.
