Spot on

This is the only hotel that we have stayed in so far that has comfy carpets. We loved the walk in shower and regret not having used it, we stayed for one night and didn't really need it. Lots of different lighting options which was good. And a proper chocolate cookie to welcome us to our very first stay at the Hilton in Hull.

Wasn't blown away by the restaurant in the evening. The service was average and food was better then generic restaurants but not amazing. Can't fault breakfast very nice

In the middle of the city, easy to walk to quay and other locations. Clean and good facilities, helpful staff.

Wonderful modern hotel, helpful friendly staff, great bed and bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful too, fresh pastries and fresh hot buffet. Our only disappointment was the restaurant evening meal, overpriced and luke warm food, not at all like the fabulous description on the menu. We wished we had not been so lazy and found a local independent restaurant which is our usual mo.

Stayed in the main suite very dissapointing. No fridge in the room, no dressing table with mirror, no mirror with plug socket at all.

The car park requires walking around the perimeter of the building to gain entry to the hotel. I am disabled and this was inconvenient for me. The surroundings were dark and I felt uneasy.

Short stay overnight for our anniversary. Evie on the desk was very welcoming, and again the next day when checking us out was very friendly. The gentleman on the bar on Sunday night was lovely too, made my wife a nice cocktail and just generally built very good rapport. All other staff were friendly but those two stood out. Nights sleep was alright, the pillows weren’t great, they didn’t provide much support and it felt like my head just went through it, my wife agreed. Other than that a really nice room. Breakfast not bad, service very pleasant again, bacon was a bit overdone but I appreciate we went in last minute when they won’t have been adding fresh items. Decor around the hotel was lovely, really is a nice place, well dressed up for Christmas!

A great place to stay in Hull. Just few minutes walk from the train station, lots of shops around. Will be back soon!

Best hotel in Hull

Very pleasant hotel, 5 minutes walk from the station. Great conference facilities.

We were given a roon that was extremely noisy apparently the ac was right above. We rang reception and they said they would move us straight away. An hour later we were still waiting and rang again no answer so had to go down the girl on reception knew nothing about it. Eventually we were given another room but we had to rush around like lunatics as we had reservations in 5 mins Totally spoilt our stay

The hotel was excellent however Expedia had not informed the hotel we were on bed and breakfast so took a while to sort out but staff were very helpful . Not many restaurants in the area .

Spent a short time there as arrived early hours of the morning was left outside to wait doors locked with people inside and two staff at reception

Great location for the theatre. Comfy bed very comfy pillows

Stayed here for a local night out , we have stayed before , a short walk into the centre . Close to shops and food places . Check in to check out was issue free . Would recommend .
