Breakfast was fine-be aware that they provide boiled eggs and cold cuts. The pastries are freshly baked. Good selection of cold cereals, breads, etc. Nice start to the day! Breakfast staff are friendly. Suite was very nice with well stocked kitchenette, two nice tv’s. Also had a washing machine. I had booked a ground level suite which is not the first floor-it is the lower level (stairs/elevator)

All staff very friendly and helpful. Only a short walk from Gloucester Road tube station. Room was excellent, comfy beds with lovely quality bed linen. Kitchenette was really handy and well appointed. We had a room at the rear which was really quiet and hard to believe you were in the centre of London and we had the window open at night. Overall excellent value for money and would definitely book there again.

We booked the lower ground floor premier apartment for our recent visit to London. On arrival, our very cheerful receptionist informed us that we had been moved to the first floor as the lighting on the lower ground was limited. I had no issue with this but when we got up to the floor via the lift, we found that we had to go up 15 stairs with a large heavy suitcase, then there were another 4 stairs in a very narrow corridor. The room itself was very nice and clean, however it did not appear to be as spacious as the one we had booked. The table beside the kitchenette was very close to the bed and there was not as much space as we had expected, based on our original booking. The safe in the room did not have any instructions as to how to set the code and there was no sign of the wifi password in the room. However, the reception staff were very helpful. Be aware that the rooms have laminate flooring, so you are very aware of the people in the room above moving about - which was not ideal as they were doing this at around 5am which definitely disturbed our sleep. The location of the accommodation was ideal as it was just round the corner from Gloucester Road tube station and there were a wide variety of restaurants in the general vicinity. The Royal Albert Hall was a 15 minute walk away and the Natural History Museum was only a 5 minute walk from the premises. I would recommend this property for a visit to London but would request a different room if visiting again.

I stayed in a studio executive room which was clean, has a kitchenette with a washing machine which was great as I stayed 2 weeks here. The staff were friendly and efficient so many thanks to Mohammed and Amy and Subia. I visit regularly to Natural History museum, Victoria Museum and Harrods (closes at 9pm on weekdays). And Gloucester Tube station is only 3 mins walk away. One star rating fell because breakfast is limited choice of hot food. Otherwise it is a good base to explore central London.

We stayed there for 4 nights so we wanted a bit of space. We booked a 2 room suite thinking it would be like the pictures. Upon check in they put us on floor 5 where the ceiling was very low and there was no view or direct light as the windows faced the roof abbutment. It was very dreary and slightly claustrophobic. They were very nice and showed up a similar room which had higher ceilings but the windows looked onto some kind of air shaft so hardly any light got in. They kindly then showed us a room which faced thd street with lots of light. The room was large and we had a small room off to the side with a well equipped kitchette and a breakfast table. We were very happy there but only gave 3 stars as I don't think I could trust that i got what I had booked. The staff was incredibly friendly. Location was amazing!

I very much enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable, and for the price and location (right next to Gloucester underground stn & Natural History Museum as well as lovely cafes of South Kensington) it was very good value. The kitchen was perfect for us and the appliances were all quiet, which can sometimes be an issue. The check-in staff were incredibly kind as well. Also, the air con was completely silent! The ONLY issue I had was that the reason we booked this room was for the king sized bed - but upon reading reviews and after looking at their website / connecting with reception, I found out my room time could be either a King or Queen. Also, there is some differences in room size and quality. I think the property should move forward with some better transparency, as I was VERY worried working up to our stay. We were glad that it all worked out and our room preferences were given.
