Generally fine. But cleaning room only once every two days is not acceptable at this price point.

Stayed 3 nights at Fraser Suite Queen's Gate, London. Location was great, just 5 mins walk to Gloucester Road station of the Piccadilly line, great direct access to Heathrow or the central London (Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, etc.). No. of supermarkets nearby (Tesco Express, Waitrose, Sainsbury). Good choices of restaurants too. Room size was great, got upgraded which was good. However, the shower was a bit of a drawback, as the hot water was gone very quickly (~6-8mins?), and turned ice cold, not very helpful when the weather was very cold during my stay. Better upgrade for better experience. Reception and breakfast staff were all nice, helpful and friendly.

We need to staircase to reach the room which very inconvenient to aged travellers with large luggage’s. Besides, the room is extremely noise and as it is very close to the hotel restaurant ( motor of the refrigerator starts every 15 seconds), it is extremely annoying

離地鐵站非常方便，附近博物館步行至海德公園，哈洛德百貨非常近，房間是歐舒丹備品，廚房.洗衣機.加熱桿，雖然退房當天遇到停水無法洗嗽，但還是對長時間待在倫敦旅行非常推薦，下次一定要回訪!

Very big and clear room. The transportation aroundchotel is very convenience

整體感覺很亁凈。但浴室設計有缺陷，沖涼水力不夠，而且浴屏不夠寬阻隔花灑水濺出。每次沖涼後整個洗手間都要舖毛巾吸水。

Nice hotel

地点好，周围环境很好，有公园，有不同的餐厅和超市，非常便利，离公交车站，地铁站不远，走大概5分钟就能到，非常方便，酒店服务人员很友善，很乐意提供服务和信息，我们一家4人住得很开心，留下美好的印象。

Stayed in this property for a week and overall speaking, we had great experience here - clean and spacious room, comfy bed, just few minutes walking distance to the tube and with restaurant nearby. Will definite stay here again next time in London

地點方便，附近有 Waitrose supermarket, 24 hours Tesco express, 是次入住時已晚上 11:00, KFC & Burger King 還營業中，環境寧靜，房間很寬大，酒店可供煮食，廚具亦齊全。

Nice and clean place and nearby access to Tube station.

每天客房打掃後,未補齊茶包及衛生紙都需要留紙條才會補齊, 造成困擾. 住客水準參差不齊,經常有住客小孩在走廊奔跑

Location is perfect, while the facilities such as washing machine and cooking place make family vacation travel convenient. The service and decoration is good. The room, like most London hotels, could be larger.

This hotel, though not being located in the central of London, is conveniently accessible by underground tube and bus. Overall speaking, the service of the hotel is fairly good and acceptable. The management of the hotel needs to deal with the following two issues: 1. the curtains facing the front door of the hotel ( the main street) cannot block the sunlight such that strong daylight will leak through the two sides of the curtains, which is quite disturbing in the morning when you are still on the bed 2. there is no supply of kitchen paper towel

地理位置絕佳, 房間在SW7這個地區算是大的, 床夠大夠舒服, 但可入住對象受限之, 因為所有房間只提供單張床. 我問酒店多要了一條被子, 被要求支付了15英磅. 這還是我的第一次體驗. 淋浴水太小, 加熱系統有問題, 溫度達不到要求.

The hotel is extremely well located. I always choose to stay at Fraser Suites Queen's Gate. Staff is friendly. They tried their best to accomodate my early arrival and settle me with a room. However, I can't really have a proper shower to freshen up. The shower is either boiling hot or freezing cold. Not a proper shower, definitely not comfortable at all. The toilet sink's water does not have this problem. I made a complaint to the reception and they promised to handle the matter. Very positive customer service management. But the results is a different matter. I return to the room to choose either boiling water or freezing cold water again. Very unpleasant experience. I've stayed there a couple of times. It's really the first time Ive experienced this.

The One-bedroom Executive Apartment has a double bed on its mezzanine (which has six-feet headroom). The living room (with a sofa bed) has high ceiling and is bright. The toilet/shower room is spacious. The kitchen provides all you needs. The location is good.

A nice and comfortable apartment close to Gloucester station. We can reach the supermarket and restaurant in very short distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Sure to choose again when next stay.
