Perfect location close to Gloucester Street tube station. We would stay here again. Nearby there are shops, cafes, and a Waitrose. Kensington High Street is nearby as are the museums. A very warm welcome at reception. A great duplex room G020 with a well equipped kitchenette, dining area, sofa and TV downstairs. The shower room with luxurious L'Occitaine toiletries plenty of fluffy towels is also downstairs. Upstairs there was a comfortable bed, pillows and bedding. Only downside was that the bed was too close to the wall on one side but it was fine for only 4 nights. We chose this property as it is close to the Royal Albert Hall where we were attending a concert. Also we got a direct tube to Covent Garden for shopping and a show at the theatre. We also went to the Tower of London on the tube. We didn't try breakfast at the hotel, we just made porridge in a pan on the hob in the room. A great base for easily doing the things we had planned.

The rooms here are spacious. We really enjoyed our visit. The happy hour was a nice surprise because it was so long and at a convenient time for someone in town for business or pleasure. The tube station is very close with multiple lines, including the Piccadilly. The patio is a great place to enjoy a summer day or night in London.

Dog smells everywhere. Lower level actually means dungeon, can’t even see the sky. Just gross damp dog smell on all the furniture. Cost a fortune, expected a lot more. Breakfast is mostly pastry or hard boiled egg. Only a kettle, no coffee maker in room. It’s better to put makeup on in the lift it’s do dark. Was very happy to leave.

Very good property and staff. One issue: the hotel did not have the room I reserved so I had to use a room with 2 single beds instead of 2 bigger beds. It was not a problem but very much would have been if my whole family was with me. I appreciated how the staff responded but would have preferred my reservation being honored.

Fraser Suites is one of our favorite places to stay. The hospitality is amazing. And the location near Gloucester made it so easy to take the Underground, grab somw groceries, and we even dined nearby a few nights at fantastic restaurants. Highly recommend!!!

Very happy with the hotel and room. It was a suite at street level and was quiet, spacious, clean and had well functioning AC on the hot days we were there. I'm glad I selected it. It's very close to Natural History and V&A Museums, as well as a grocery and tube station. The only minor thing I'd change is to offer some hot food at breakfast.

ヒースロー空港からピカデリー線で乗り換えなく３５分少々で移動でき、ロンドン各地への移動も便利なところです。 有名なレストラン安価なレストラン・スーパー・コンビニもあり、便利に活用しました。 また、市内中心部のホテルよりも広く利用しやすいホテルで、部屋もメンテナンスされておりきれいです。 ただ、シャワーが日本国内で使用している形状と少々異なるので扱いにくいことがありました。 欧米ではレインシャワーが多いようで、使い慣れると結構いいものです。 また、ランドリーがあるのはいいですが、時間を調整すれば問題はないものの利用者が多いようで使えないことがありました。日本と違い、洗濯機と乾燥機は別々になっています。

ヒースロー空港からピカデリー線で乗り換えなく３５分少々で移動でき、ロンドン各地への移動も便利なところです。 有名なレストラン安価なレストラン・スーパー・コンビニもあり、便利に活用しました。 また、市内中心部のホテルよりも広く利用しやすいホテルで、部屋もメンテナンスされておりきれいです。 ただ、シャワーが日本国内で使用している形状と少々異なるので扱いにくいことがありました。 欧米ではレインシャワーが多いようで、使い慣れると結構いいものです。 また、ランドリーがあるのはいいですが、時間を調整すれば問題はないものの利用者が多いようで使えないことがありました。日本と違い、洗濯機と乾燥機は別々になっています。
