I absolutely LOVE this property! I travel to London frequently and when I discovered the Fraser Suites Queens Gate in 2023 I knew I had found my home away from home... not only do they offer many room options (I prefer the Executive Studio which includes a kitchenette), the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is ideal as well - just a block away is the Gloucester Road tube station, a Waitrose grocery store, Starbucks and several restaurant options. And a little bit down the road is a post office and further down is a laundrette. Special shout out to Mohammad and the lovely ladies at the front desk. So if you're looking for the perfect London accommodations, look no further than the Fraser Suites Queens Gate.

Fraser Suites Queens Gate may have been good… but literally less than 24 hours before arrival I get a call saying they’ve over booked and are moving us to their sister building across the road, Fraser Suites Kensington, which is supposed to be an upgrade, it wasn’t!!! When we checked in it was cold the heating wasn’t working it was -1c/-2c outside so you could imagine how cold it was….the next day we spoke to reception and all they said was ‘the heatings broken, an engineer will be coming ina few days….!’ So we spent 2 nights in a freezing apartment, sat wrapped in the duvet just to watch tv in the lounge….otherwise the apartment was nice. The one start is lack of communication, being let down at short notice, and lack of care, as I received no replies to emails….

Location was great, it is 3-5 min walk from tube on Piccadilly line, which is a convenient line to be on, direct to Heathrow airport. Having Waitrose at the station is a plus. However, I feel there was a misrepresentation of the room that I booked through Expedia. I had booked an Executive room, for my family of 2 adults and 2 children based on the photos shown on Expedia website (photos 1, 2 and 3). It showed a duplex with bathtub. To our disappointment, when we checked in, it was neither a duplex nor with bathtub. When I checked with the staff, he told us that there were 2 different layouts for Executive room and we had to request for the room to come with bathtub. See photos 4, 5 and 6. This is the first time I booked on Expedia and get something completely different from what I was expecting. The photo representations should definitely match the expectations. Otherwise, everything else in the room works great, the bed was very comfortable.

Communication prior to visit was on the actual morning of our evening stay, informing us that the location of our booked accommodation had in fact been moved to a different location. After eventually finding the correct intercom system to gain entry we were met be a very happy and helpful member of staff who showed us to our beautiful room (Deluxe Studio) and excellent facilities. The only down side was the bathroom being extremely small and cold, despite having a heated towel rail, but the heating system throughout was excellent and adjustable.

I totally recommend staying at the Fraser Suites Queens Gate for a London vacation. The location is perfect within walking distance (less than 5 minutes) to the Gloucester Road station on the Piccadilly, District and Circular lines. The hotel is clean, quiet and the rooms (stayed at a Deluxe Studio) are large with a kitchenette (super useful) and super soft beds. All the hotel staff is super nice and ready to help. If you are looking for hotel in London ... don't hesitate, the Fraser Suites Queens Gate is an excellent option

Hotel and room was clean and tidy and the staff were very welcoming but the room needed a lot of TLC. It looked as if the room had been flooded previously with minimal repairs carried out since which was a shame as the decor was lovely.

Hotel and room was clean and tidy and the staff were very welcoming but the room needed a lot of TLC. It looked as if the room had been flooded previously with minimal repairs carried out since which was a shame as the decor was lovely.

ロンドンのストが心配で、空港から比較的アクセスが良い場所を選びましたが、とても便利で 大正解でした。6泊しましたが、キッチ ン付き、洗濯機付きでとても助かりました。 朝食付きの予約をしましたが、セルフサービスですが、バラエティーも多く満足です。 また次も宿泊しようと思っています。 コンバージョンの古いビルを改装したものですこら、雰囲気があり楽しめます。ぱすたぶ
