Good stay all we needed for one night, could do with a shower mat in the bath as it is very slippy without one.

Very quiet but room was very hot

Basic room , which we expected for Bruce which was very reasonable . Polite staff and good check in. Only negative was the bed was so soft with a thin mattress. If bed had been more comfy I’d had given 4 stars. Outside car park needs a good sweep. Not a good advert for the stay and additionally questions security aspect if it looks like a place people clean out their cars before heading off . Overall though for price can’t complain .

Ok for a one night stopover. Bed was uncomfortable and could feel every spring in the worn mattress. Bathroom was clean but the cleaners could do better. A pint glass, from the bar from the first night and was still there 4 days later when i checked out. Car park was a nightmare to find. I booked a King double with city view. I got a tree in front a a dual carriageway outside with a crappy double bed.

The room was ok, but the main gripe was the total lack of drawers for putting stuff from the case. The television had limited freeview channels and the keys stopped working twice. The breakfast only used the cheapest ingredients and was not warm.

After reading other reviews, some not so complimentary, I thought the hotel was excellent. Clean and comfortable.

Perfect for what I needed

A real dump. Obviously used and abused by patrons attending Wolves games at Molineux 2 streets away.

Shockingly soft mushy mattress, very low to the ground. Blinds allow early morning light i as well. Bed and Breakfast, didn't have latter but former minus 9 points. Rooms plainis OK litle jaded.

Not good at all..very uncomfortable beds and the toilets?? No words to describe.Never again and definitely not recommend.

Absolutely appalling experience – avoid this place at all costs. We stayed here for just one night, and it was an utter nightmare. We had booked two rooms, but one was completely unfit for occupancy. It stank so badly it was nauseating — the stench was overpowering, and with a child, it was absolutely impossible to stay in that room. On top of that, the room was filthy: the carpet was stained, the surfaces looked grimy, and the general condition was unacceptable. When we asked to be moved, the staff couldn’t have been more unhelpful. We were told the hotel was fully booked and all they could offer was a can of room spray — as if that would solve anything. When we requested a refund, we were met with a shrug and told the manager doesn't work Sundays. The receptionist said she would "send an email" to the manager and that it was up to them whether a refund would be approved. Completely unprofessional and utterly frustrating. With no other options, we had to cram into the one semi-decent room, all of us holed up together for the night — uncomfortable and angry. To top it all off, there was loud, disruptive noise coming from the parking lot throughout the night. People were shouting, banging, and demanding to be let in — it felt chaotic and unsafe. This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The lack of cleanliness, accountability, and basic decency from the staff was shocking. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

Great location and good value for money

The room was clean to a point needs new carpets or a good clean. The bed was awful the mattress just collapsed when sat on or layed on. Rather warm in the room. Positive it was quite on my side of the hotel ie not road side.
