It was fine. Basically needed somewhere to sleep.

Clean room. Secure, parking, Ideal!

Sorry if it’s too harsh but book at your own risk!!!! Got there around 8pm with kids and the lady and guy at the reception were not friendly, i guess you get what you paid for! At check in, i was charged £5 for overnight car parking which i didn’t see when i was booking it. Then they take your bank details which i know its for security but no explanation!!! Got to our room - there was damp in the room and the toilet was not clean (had smear of poo in it). I couldn’t but think that i may find worse so i went down to report and they offered me a room swap with a sofa bed and 1 double bed. The sofa bed was not very comfortable but i managed it cos we were staying there for a night. Breakfast was super basic - small portions out at a time and they give you a plate as you enter, not sure why (to limit how much you eat or save how much plate they wash?).

I didn’t expect much from a cheap hotel. The staff and room itself was good. But the mattress, omg! Terrible night sleep as the mattress was just springs and curved like a shrimps tail. Also, why skimp on the toilet paper?

The room was better than expected. Pretty sure the hotel is an ex travelodge and still has remnants of that. Mattress was cheap and not the best for comfort. Better mattresses would be the hotels best way to improve reviews. Reception staff were very unwelcoming and abrupt. Not a good introduction to new guests at the hotel

The bed was old with a very worn mattress Location is excellent Staff didn't care and barely acknowledged us Room was a good size serviceable and of a clean standard Parking was tight but good value at £5 for 24 hours in the city centre

Great staff at the night shift bar!! He really made an effort to make our stay special & had us all laughing. Good size room and clean. Would stay again.

Værelset er ok, men det er lidt noget gammelt skrammel. Meget beskidt gulvtæppe. Toilet sæde var ødelagt og vinduet piv utæt.

Budget hotel convenient location only issue was one very thin pillow and when I asked for another pillow I was told no spares available In a hotel? I mean the service you’re providing is a bed for the night and no spare pillows? Guy on reception surly attitude and very unhelpful

Would rather sleep on the street in all honesty. People making a racket for hours on end throughout the night. A stench of weed

Overall for the price paid this is a decent place to stay. Easy walk into town and ample parking for an additional £5 for 24 hours. Room was clean and the bathroom was recently fitted with a good shower. Mattress was well used and found ourselves rolling into the middle and having to clamber back to the sides haha. But as I said, for the money a really good place to stay and I would recommend.

The man working on reception at night… disgusting customer service. Refused to give us ice for a bottle of champagne my partner had bought for my birthday. Asked for a toilet roll. He eye rolled me. Refused to serve us a drink after we’d been to Monmore green dog track…even though it was only 10:30pm and it was supposed to be a 24 hour bar. Quite frankly I support hiring people with special needs. However they do need more training

The mattress was dirty with stains, there was a constant draft from the window, mould in bathroom and bugs in the light fixture. Staff were friendly however.

Bed was so uncomfortable with a thin matress. There was only one double socket and the noise was unbearable from the main rd
