The room was spotless, check in sas smooth and the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful

Nicely furnished room, clean and tidy, nice stay, breakfast good,,probably breakfast heat lamps be better turned up to make food hotter, if possible, overall, very enjoyable,, needs more information, signs how to get to back of the hotel, to use the car park

I booked the Redwing lodge at beginning of the year. Turned up and it changed names/ companies. I ended up walking around for about 15 mins as was not informed of the change. It's now under IHG Franchise. Not bad but the decoration of the property and felt a bit bodged. My room stank of paint.

Bed was very uncomfortable but done the job was ok for 1 night

Again a great room for the price clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful.

Great spot lovely hotel and staff

It’s been a long while I’m using certain hotels in England and in India as well, but this was my worst than ever experience pathetic services pathetic zero corporation couldn’t use amenities air-conditioner was not working. Staff was not helpful at all and strictly unable to resolve our issues

It was okay. No where on the building does it have the words Redwings, which caused more than a little confusion. The room itself was okay, but there was maybe a quarter of a roll of loo roll for three of us to share for a two night stay! The air con worked fine, but dripped water on our belongings, so woke up with soaking luggage. The evening ‘restaurant’ only served drinks. Flat screen TV wasn’t connected to the internet so no channels were available to watch. It was £5 to use the car park for 24 hours, and there were less than 10 spaces available, so parking was a challenge. The main entrance to the hotel was through the back of the car park. But other than that, it was fine!

Great hotel friendly and helpful staff. For the price the room was clean and comfortable I didn’t get to try the on site restaurant but my do during future bookings.

Good value for money. Car park charge was reasonable. Will come again

Currently being redecorated looks like they are doing a great job Great check-in should be notified of parking charges beforehand but other than that a great stay

The room was spacious and clean the staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel is situated close to the Town center 5 minutes walk, Wolves football ground 2 minutes walk and Train station & bus station 15 walk. The Civic Centre ( for concerts) is 2 minutes walk.

Clean and tidy. Hotel has been recently modernised and was excellent value for money

I actually paid for my stay twice.On arrival I was asked for my credit card and paid the correct price,and was told they would hold on to my credit card until I checked out.This was to safeguard against any possible brakeages.I then had a look on my phone banking and Hotel.com had already taken the money off my card.Asked at the reception for my refund and told to contact Hotel.com. It seemed so much easier to get the money back from the Redwings Hotel.Anyway they refused to refund me and on checkout have lost my Credit Card.Reception were not at all helpful and indeed Cheeky.I will Never be back.Dont consider a stay here.
