We had breakfast and it was a little pricey but convenient for the first day. The staff was amazing and attentive. The hotel and room were beautiful. Great location, walkable to most tourist attractions. Drinks at The Stage bar were great. The free cabana for the pool was great too!! If we ever go back we will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel and staff. I couldn’t fault it at all. Just wished we’d stayed longer. The spa was beautiful and I loved the private seating area for guests. On the Sunday they had a pianist in reception. Great stay! We’ll be back x

A well appointed hotel with great service and a fantastic location. Disappointed by the general low level of lighting particularly in the bedrooms. Also lots of little design details not properly thought through. Great design but I would say it was let down by the detail. Otherwise a great stay.

Honestly, this is the first time I’m leaving a review and I’m doing It to be 100% honest. My stay this past week at the Londoner was not what I expected It to be. Unfortunately when we got there our room wasn’t ready since we were doing an early check in which is fair. I was offered a room in the 6th floor which per receptionist only difference was It has an accessible toilet. We decided to take up on the offer - we didn’t get a Japanese style toilet, our room had no safety box, the club upstairs had music playing til 1 or 2 am on the weekend and we couldn’t sleep since we could hear the loud music crystal clear. In addition, the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate at 2 am. I feel like for a hotel that’s truly so expensive they should do a bit better.

Overall great stay. There was some miscommunication when checking in, where we supposedly got an upgrade but that meant not having the view I specifically requested, and then we were told we needed to wait two hours for a room with that view, but then our requested room was immediately available, so I’m not sure what happened overall. The food in the rooftop bar was amazing, great cocktails as well. Shower gel dispenser didn’t work when we arrived so after leaving a note it was changed - but for the price of the stay this should be checked beforehand. We also couldn’t borrow a cable to charge a phone, and again, for £600+ a night, you’d expect more amenities. Also, the TV stopped working in our second night, but it was quite late so didn’t report it. The spa is great, although the hot section was closed because there was too much chlorine in it.
