Nice hotel rooms a little small, view out the window nothing to write home about, but breakfast was lovely

Fantastic location and good lobby options. The room was designed in a good way, not themed, just functional but creative. I certainly would recommend.

The amenities were great!!! Loved the location as well. Disappointed that we didn't get a room upgrade.

Amazing location and service was top notch!

We really loved our stay here. The staff were warm & welcoming, the bed & pillows were next level, and the spa facilities alone, were worth the stay. The only thing I found odd, was the lack of outlets in the bathroom. There was one specifically for a man’s electric razor but that’s it. No outlet for a woman to plug in a hairdryer/flatiron - very bizarre & a major overlook in my opinion. I ended up having to do my hair by the window, a bit inconvenient. The lighting in the bathroom was also quite dark and not bright enough to do my makeup. Again, I had to resort to the window for better lighting.

Beautiful hotel

Very professional staff. Check in was smooth and seamless. Welcome drink was a nice touch. By the time we got to our room our bags were already there. Pool area was very nice as well

At first, we were nervous about the location-it reminded us of Times Square in New York City (especially the proximity to the M&M's store). However, we were so pleasantly surprised by how tucked away The Londoner is. Once you're inside, it is calm, clean and feels like a solid home base. Our room was wonderful- spacious, clean and the cleaning service was fantastic. We used the spa every morning. We would stay here again!

I have stayed here many times before but t)8/ time the service was lacking and the hotel felt dated. I had to change the room they initially gave me as it stunk of ver string fumes. No one answers the phone at reception when you call down from the room- they take ages. Housekeeping take very long to bring something and when they finally do it’s wrong. The changing rooms in the spa were soaked with water in the floor and half the lockers not working. They removed the reformer in the gym which was a shame. And one of the bikes and a treadmill was not working. Overall disappointed with my stay this time.

A great hotel in general, however, the bar was VERY Champagne based and when you can´t drink Champagne its somewhat disappointing. Example, there was one flower beer from Germany (at least 2 normal beer should be availeble) no cocktail card - although the waiter said they could do .....

Amazing hotel with a lot of free perks and an amazing amenities in the heart of London. Love to stay there again.

Beautiful hotel located on Leicester Square. Very elegant and clean rooms and drinking areas. The staff are really friendly and added to my pleasant stay. I would love to stay again!
