Really enjoyed the stay! The location of the hotel was very central to dining and shopping. The hotel was nicely maintained and the staff was very helpful and attentive. The gym was large and had many options for equipment and weight area. Several bars on property. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay at the Londoner. We’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels and this one is up there with the best. Superb amenities, great location and friendly staff. It was my birthday and a lovely little touch was left in our room which was fantastic. Our only disappointment was check in. We were told that we would receive a phone call or text to let us know when our room was ready. By 3.20pm we had heard nothing so we had to call them. Our room was ready yet no one had told us. We checked in and were told our bags would be in the room, they weren’t so another call had to be made. They did arrive very swiftly but overall, check-in was a little disappointing. I would however stay there again as it was a fabulous hotel.

Staff was really helpful an accommodating. Only issue was the Television in our room would not connect to wifi. The staff tried to fix but was unable to do so during our stay.
Otherwise, great hotel, get location, very friendly staff.
