I don’t see what I got is equal the value that I spent, also the cleaning not to the level that expected

Excellent and very friendly staff, excellent location, close to every thing..This is my second time to this hotel. Complimentary tea and coffee whole day. Terrace bar is excellent..

Great location. The air con in the room and temperature control is good. The rest is questionable. The toilet is electric so constantly making noise, the tv had to be reset, which required a visit from maintenance, the lighting system only worked from near the door of the room so had to get up if I wanted to turn the lights on or off. They add a 10% service charge to the bill at the end if you want it off the bill you have to see it and tell them that. For the prices they charge you would want the electric systems to work well. But, they didn't.

Stay was ok. Had asked to property to do up the room for a surprise engagement that took place, they did not do it. Was charged $100 for room service, all that was order was pancakes and an orange juice… Feel like more services should be complementary for this level of stay.

Great location, lovely room, kind staff. The pool was a huge bonus after a long day of walking. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful hotel. It was a perfect place to stay for our London vacation. Great location. Close to trains and many things to see in a walking distance. The rooms are very luxurious and elevated our experience. The staff was lovely to talk to and very helpful. We look forward to visiting again

Great location, staff are lovely and accommodate to your requests if possible. Rooms are spacious and the spa is exceptional as well as cleanliness too.

Lovely location but lots of maintenance issues

Great hotel in a fab location. Will make this our hotel of choice when staying in London now.

Our stay was really good. Only complaint was that the drinks were very expensive, but otherwise, a very comfortable room, lovely pool area and yummy breakfast.

Excellent value for money. The Residence area reserved for hotel guests is a great addition -- as well as free flowing lattes & soft drinks (literally included!). And the staff is incredibly well trained. Stayed 2 nights. Would definitely return.
