I used the self checkin and it was pretty quick. My room was quite a trek away and I was relieved the door card worked! There was tea and coffee in the room. It was fairly basic but served the purpose.

Bedrooms look really tired and the room was not large enough for 3 adults. Despite booking for 3 people not enough towels. The shower dripped water continuously so you had the sound of dripping water all night and the TV had no signal. Very disappointed with our room compared to last year’s stay.

Horrible experience. No elevators, no luggage trolleys. Their security staff( Mr. Abdi) refused to assist me with my luggage. I have bad knees and I was made to climb a flight of stairs to get some ice cubes because Mr. Abdi refused to assist me. There were some exceptional staff( Samantha. Moustafa, Sachiel). I had asked that the hotel manger, Mr. Gil Monsalve call me so that I coukd lodge these complaints but it has been 3+ days and I have not received a call from him. I would NEVER stay at Thistle Heathrow T5 Hotel ever again. There are always options in life.Thanks.

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. No elevators, No luggage trolleys. Security Staff(Mr. Abdi) REFUSED to assist me with my luggage. I have bad knees and I had climb several flight of stairs to get some ice from their restuarant after Mr. Abdi refused to assist me. I asked that the hotel Manager( Mr. Gil Monsalve) call me to lodge my concerns but it's been 3+ days after I checked out and I have received no call from him. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again.
