Great price. Location is perfect for T5. Rooms clean and have a kettle with teas and coffee. Great bar serving good if you don’t fancy the restaurant with views of Heathrow and a very very nice breakfast. 3rd visit.

Lovely stay excellent staff room was lovely although we couldn't get the heater to work so was a little chilly breakfast was very nice with a good selection on the buffet and fantastic views of the runway only gave four stars as unfortunately the bar and restaurant are not very accessible.

Loved the easy check-in process. The self serve was super. Liked the little lounge area where we could grab a beverage and also enjoyed the sports bar and restaurant. Liked the convenience to the airport and the little pods to travel back back-and-forth.

Hotel not as described in the photos. Extremely worn down, almost made me want to find somewhere else to sleep for 12hrs. No lifts had to cart bags up stairs then down long halls with torn carpet. Bed was very uncomfortable, like sleeping on just a box spring, bathroom had spots of mould in tiles - heater in room squeaked, had to turn off to try to sleep. Customer service except for the very early morning desk agent was very sub-par.

No lifts, so had to carry two 23kg suitcases up a flight of stairs and back down. Rooms on the first floor need attention, carpets taped up with masking tape. I wouldn’t go back
