Coming in to Heathrow from Cyprus (Ron Mitchell Adventure dot com), we faced a 12-hour layover beginning at Midnight. Booked a room that was clean, comfortable and quiet for around US 100 dollars, and cheap transportation costs. As Americans, it was like the "Clampetts" going to visit the "Jetsons". A fun journey figuring out where to catch a "POD" that magically transported us straight to the hotel, without ever once talking to a human until reaching the hotel. If you are stuck at T-5 for a while, consider this great alternative for comfort and a few hours sleep.

The hotel was conveniently located near Heathrow, although there is no shuttle service. Parking is available at 18 pounds a night. The restaurant was very good and the breakfast was most enjoyable. Note that there is no elevator which may be problematic for those with disabilities and assigned an upstairs room. Fortunately, my room was on the ground floor.

Great stay for the money. Enjoyed the bar looking over airstrip and watching the planes coming in. Only downside was the poor soundproofing: hearing the neighbour showering, coughing and scraping his throat at 3:30am.

One night stay due to flying from LHR next day. Use the bus not the airpod if going from T5. Bus is a lot cheaper than the pod!

The staff were fantastic here, couldnt be freindlier and more helpful, but the room was DIRTY! Mould in the bathroom, and generally in a terrible state of repair. The room smelt of urine and was incredibly small. Not reccomended at all. However, the staff at the front desk were very helpful and kind.

Very easy to get to terminal 5 via the airport electric pod vehicles which cost £8.75 each way . The hotel is a little tired but I slept well and enjoyed watching the planes land from the Aviator bar. The WiFi is good as well

The room had blackout drapes. The bathroom had a good hot shower. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The pod to terminal five was very convenient as was the double-decker bus that runs about a half a block in front of hotel parking area.
