Excellent service from receptionist Sochiel.

Had a BLt when we arrived was good value and tasty. Breakfast was great and the POD ride the T5 was very handy. Would def staff again

Location was a little hard to get to but pod to get back to airport was fantastic. All employees were super nice - I enjoyed my stay!!

Although the room and the bed were small, it was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good. Unfortunately, one must climbed a full flight of stairs, and then walk a ways to reach the restaurant. The view was nice for watching airplanes take off. Riding in a driverless POD was a unique and fun experience. But, it required a quite long walk across a few bumpy parking lots to get to the hotel, and still longer to the reception. The layout is very odd and each building is very long. We found using the local bus was much better for us as it was not nearly as far to walk, and much cheaper! We rode it to Terminal 5 and caught the train into London. Upon our return, it was difficult to discern where to catch a bus back. We waited over an hour and the bus we caught was more than double in price. As far as getting to Terminal 3 to fly out of Heathrow, I do not recommend the bus or the POD. Take a taxi and save yourself a lot of walking, because once inside 3, it is still very far to the gates.

When we checked in our room was not ready, but the desk person asked if we would mind a free upgrade to a king size bed. That took quite a while, but finally we were issued our key card and instructions to go to C6 (or another number). It seemed a little odd for a room to have a "C" attached to the number, but oh well. Once we were in the elevator it became clear that C indicated "CELLAR"! I seriously doubt if the room met any fire codes because there was no legal egress. The cellar window was about even with my face, and even if we could have reached it for escaping a fire, the handle was completely broken off. This was not a "budget" room and came with a total price of $216 for one night. I requested an iron and ironing board, which were delivered to our room. The iron quit working after about 10 minutes, and it took almost an hour to get a replacement. The final straw occurred when we went to check out. The elevator would not come to our floor. We could hear it in the shaft and even suspected it did come to the cellar, but would not open! We tried for 16 minutes. There was no way we could haul our luggage up the stairs so my husband went in search of someone to help. A male employee came around the corner and I called out to him for assistance with the luggage. Instead he stood beside me pushing the button for several more minutes! Suddenly the doors opened. Not magic fingers. It turned out that a rug inside the elevator was blocking the sensor and stopping the doors.

Always my go to hotel when I have an early flight the next day. Staff excellent. Rooms have all I need. Slight issue with the shower and the staff member seemed genuinely concerned. It’s a great, friendly hotel.

A clean and comfortable stay before a flight. The hotel is only about 6 mins by bus no 423 from T5. There is a McDonald’s along the road and a few restaurants and pubs in walking distance. The check in staff were polite and helpful.

I hadn't been to this hotel in a while. But they have done an update on the rooms. Nice new bathrooms very clean. Nice job! very convenient from T5 to take the pod is really easy. I wish I ha the mans name who checked me in but very helpful needed some food at a late hour. Ill be back

Check in and check out was simple and easy to navigate. The self driving pods to the airport are very convenient. Very nice place to stay.

Pod service broke down so don’t rely on this to get you to the airport, stay somewhere cheaper

Give Keisha a pay rise! From the outside the property does look a little aged but don't let that deceive you. Inside the lobby area and much of the hotel it feels very refreshed with the recent renovation. Upon arrival the staff were very friendly, especially Keisha, who walked me through the self check in, as well as the hotel amenities. After finding out my slight obsession with aviation, Keisha even upgraded my room, free of charge, to one with a view! The room was clean and tidy, as well as being relatively modern and in good knick. The bed was comfortable and bathroom (whilst being a little dated) was again clean, tidy and had everything you'd need. In the morning I needed to get to T5, the pod service was very efficient, effective and stress-free. I'd absolutely stay there again and would recommend it.

It was lovely. Stay was good. Enjoyed the balcony virw after breakfast. Would recommended.

Overall a really good place to stay for the price and incredibly close to terminal 5. It’s not ‘pretty’ but functional with friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms and a good breakfast. My only negative was the shower - hard to control temperature and pretty weak.

Room is spacious and very clean with English Charm. We stay here often. Its very convenient to Terminal 5

I stayed in this hotel on my way to the US several times. It’s very convenient from Terminal 5 to take the pods from and back to the airport. Since last time we came through the check in area and process was very updated and much nicer. The reason for the 4 stars was that the bed/mattress was extremely hard- I got up with all my bones hurting!

A repeat stay here for us. Room was lovely and clean and we certainly appreciated the aircondtioning! Had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and both were tasty and very reasonably priced. Lovely terrace to sit outside with a drink and watch the planes. The service service shop in the foyer is very useful for snacks and drinks. Parking is easy and the driverless pods into the terminal make transfers extremely easy. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We hope to stay here again!

Decor and convenience to the HUB
