Great price for an amazing, central location. Good size room for 3 people and it had a terrace looking across the river to the eiffel tower. Minor things: hair dryer wasnt working and there was scaffolding on the balcony, but since we only stayed one night it was not a big deal for us.

I booked a suite for our family of four, but they placed us in a tiny room with two twin beds. Our teenage son ended up on a poor-quality pull-out bed, and my daughter was essentially sleeping in the hallway on a cot. All the staff kept saying it was "management's fault," but they couldn't contact management. They provided us with incorrect names, and "Fred"—who was actually "Hassein"—was quite rude and refused to help us. He simply said no and that it happens. We're from Canada, and we dislike complaining, but when you book and pay in advance, you expect to receive what you paid for. They repeatedly told us we could move to a better room the next day, so we packed everything up, only for them to deny us later and ask, "Who told you that?" Eric, the so-called manager, refunded us for one night; however, we still had to pay the suite rate for the other two days. It was a disappointing experience. I'm glad others found enjoyment here, but we will never return. Overall, it was mediocre and subpar.

The location was good and I loved having the little balcony to sit outside in the morning and drink coffee. The electricity was difficult to keep on. The whole room worked by inserting your room key in the keypad by the door. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. Our last morning we just dressed and packed with no electricity. The staff was very friendly.

2 major facts. One, my $300 is stolen from my purse. Second, probably the same cleaning lady who stole my money, as we put do not disturb card on the door the day after of the event, we asked for a bottle of water, she said if you don’t have cleaning no water for you lol that’s so pity a hotel in such a luxury location, doesn’t hire the same quality staff.

My room was ok, although a bit odd. A door opened into a small area with 2 more doors to 2 separate hotel rooms. This would be nice for families or friends traveling together. For a lone traveller, I felt excluded. For a surprise, i booked a premium effiel tower view room for my daughter and her spouse. She was surprised as was i. Although she had a limited view of the tower, the very small balcony had one chair and a small table. Not suitable for 2 people. The curtains had holes and brown stains. The bathroom had a glass partition that was unattached from tub and completely unsafe for getting in and out of shower. There were no safety bars. There were no pictures or anything else on the walls. It was very sparsely decorated. My daughter brought to the attention of reception and they said they would try to move her the next day. When i checked with reception next day different young clerk advised nothing available. I said the Room unsafe and they need to do something. this was not a premium room, nothing premium about it other than price, she advised i should NOT get hung up on words as its the view of the effiel tower that was premium not the room. I advised i paid for the description of premium effiel tower room! I found this clerk more argumentative then helpful although at the end of the conversation she did find a room with a view of a brick wall, noisy. Will not return or recommend this hotel, only because of the comments made and conditions of the rooms.
