卡斯蒂尼奥那酒店

1. 並不是毎個房閒都有USB插頭,我今次住了２間不同的房間,發現一間沒有USB插而叧一間有兩個但壞了一個. 所以一定要自備合適插蘇腳的轉接器.酒店沒有提供. 我沒帶,要去買一個. 2. 我第二次住是在八樓,可能酒店正在維修, 7:30エ人就開始好重腳步聲在走廊走來走去,跟著屋外鑽孔,鑿牆等等的聲響不㫁地傳來,完全不能睡, 就當它是鬧鍾吧! 3. 奇怪的是浴缸內的毛巾鐵架竟是有６-7尺高, 可能西方人比較高吧.但我是小女仕就拿不到. 4. 附近没有太多餐廳,要走遠些才有.地鐵口也遠. 5. 酒店的街道非常安全,因法國總統在附近辨工及洒店對面(不足40-100尺)就是數間領事館,包括美國,所以很多荷槍實彈的警員近在咫尺. 6. 酒店職員的服務,態度非常好,因我離開酒店是早上7:30接我(訂了酒店車), 有個男職員早上6:30左右就拍門確認我已睡醒(非常貼心). 但只有一個前枱身形稍稍胖的女子就沒跟客人打過招呼(已見有很多次了), 見她只是看手機或頭也不抬對著面前的電腦.任何人經過她都是一樣,想必是非常高級的管理層吧.哈哈! 總括是這酒店的入住率非常之高,價錢也很適中,地點很安全.但我覺得不會再來住, 這是基於要走遠才有餐廳吃早餐吃走遠些才有地下鐵入囗.

地方方便，安全，整體不錯。

La habitación tenía vista a la torre eiffel & una pequeña terraza con mesita & 2 sillas!

暖房が21℃以上に設定出来ず、部屋が寒かった。スーベリアの部屋だけど、トイレのそばに手洗い場がなく不便。フロントの電話番号が記載されてなく、フロントに聞かないとならなかった。フロントの対応があまり良くなかった。何度もリクエストしないと対応してくれなかった。クローゼットをアイロン台が入っていて、狭くて服がほとんど入らなかった。

Les chambre a été préparée tardivement, et je n'ai pas pu y aller en arrivant, j'ai du attendre le retour du repas à 22h pour avoir accès à ma chambre. La ventilation a soufflé fort toute la nuit et elle est bruyante La télévision ne fonctionnait pas et le retour que j'ai eu c'est on verra demain car je ne sais pas dépanné

La chambre n’était pas prête alors que je suis arrivée à 19h La chambre sentait très fort la peinture fraîche Il faisait très froid dans chambre Extérieurs bruyant

Pos : Amazing view (room 714), excellent staff, large room, king bed, Neg : only 2 coffee pods supplied, lack of draws for clothes, Tv remote activates both old TVs. Sumerise: great staff, large room with views of the Eiffel Tower.

The room was in ok condition and staff worked hard to make my stay comfortable. i was bothered by the construction noise at the next door building and mediocre hotel conditions i general.

Sehr zentral bei Regierungsviertel, Modeviertel und Galerien. Place Concorde, Tulerien, Champs d‘Elysee nicht weit.

Smells likew sewer!

AVOD THIS!! This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was absolutely terrible — especially the woman at the front desk, who was rude, unhelpful, and completely emotionless. The room looked nothing like the pictures online. Everything inside was old, broken, and poorly maintained. Even the bathroom door didn’t work properly. It’s shocking that this place calls itself a hotel. I would never stay here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it.

Cheguei no Hotel as 18:00 hs e não havia quarto disponivel e muito menos o quarto superior com vista e sem banheira apenas com chuveiro que eu havia reservado

Property was clean and well taken care of. Had an Eiffel Tower view which was wonderful. Staff were kind and friendly. In a great area - lots of shopping nearby and able to walk to a lot of attractions.

Odor

Wonderful place in a stunning location. Very practical but also a great poiny of departure to get the best out of Paris. How to digitally access the apartment is a bit tricky at first but they have a very pedagogical app to make it easy!

The hotel not clean and service is sucks

Unfriendly staff and noisy rooms - you can hear when other people talk and shower

always no one in charge of accouting responsibility. difficulty of communication dirtiness of the room also dissapointed and dissatisfied with Expedia!! difficult communication no answer of request and question always say wait! wait! it takes time
