If you want a central location for almost all the sites in Paris, this Timhotel location is absolutely perfect for a base. We walked everywhere from this spot. Bakery and pharmacy and grocery all within a minutes walk. Restaurants surrounding the entire neighbourhood. I’d recommend this place for anyone i know.

Asked for a room with a view a month in advance and was given room 408, an awkward room off a corridor with window looking into a shared walkway. You cant open with window as it is onto a shared walkway looking into a dingy courtyard with no view. I'm sure if we were given a room looking into the main street it would have had a better experience as we had asked when we reserved. They have plenty of nice rooms, I'm not sure why we got the horrible room. If we paid less for the room, I'd be ok with it, but we paid 300 dollars and the photos are misleading. Will never stay again. The location is great though. :) I guess we were unlucky and staff didnt care about our simple request.

Room was tiny tiny tiny! Drains in sink and shower were slow had to stop mid shower for the drains to catch up. Website advertised laundry- NOT TRUE!!!! Staff laughed our land when asked for the laundry room and did NOT assist when I asked for a recommendation on service. Spent a whole morning of our trip in a laundry mat. I will never book with this chain again.

Breakfast was EXCELLENT!!! Location of the hotel was EXCELLENT too, personnel was EXCELLENT they made an exception with us when checking-in letting us earlier (around 1:00 pm) than normal (check in 2:00 pm) maybe is not pick season? Don’t know but was GREAT after a long trip from Canada. The ONLY thing is that the bathroom is tiny!!! Other than that GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

Fabulous location. Adequate clean room with coffee. Small bathroom. One note is that each bed only has one pillow. Great breakfast. Recommend this hotel for location, value, and ease of communication with staff.
