The hotel and rooms are neat and clean. The reception desk people are very helpful and cooperative. The best thing it is so near to the Louvre. I would surely stay here again for safety and travel purpose.

This was a perfect location for many of our Tourist events in Paris. Literally across the street from the Louve, a block away from the Seine River and easy walk to the Notre Dame Cathedrale.

The staff and front desk hosts were excellent, kind and very helpful. (Location/ LPeople - The best aspects of this hotel. We really appreciated this.) The location was close to many walkable sights, train stations, etc.. It was very nice that breakfast was available at the hotel, but there were also cafe’s, bakeries and sandwich shops on this street. Our room was very quiet, quite spacious, bathroom facilities were good, with refreshed daily cleaning/towels provided. Overall the facilities were quite clean. The heat pump / air conditioner appeared to be out of order in our room but we did not inquire about this, as during the day we were out seeing Paris museums and sights. We did not return to the hotel until the cooler evenings, so it was ok during spring. However, air conditioning may be problem during hotter summer months if this is not repaired or replaced. Overall this hotel was a practical choice, it provided what we needed, We so enjoyed Paris and the surrounding area.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location…. But as a traveler I pick where I stay based on amenities and price and location. I emailed the property to verify air conditioning and shampoo and conditioner. Not sure who responded but I was told they had all 3. Upon arrival I was told air conditioning is not turned on til a certain date. This is absolutely unacceptable when I emailed beforehand and it’s non refundable. They also have a body wash for shampoo and lotion for conditioner. So was not told the truth on either thing. The hair dryer only worked for 30 seconds at a time before it cut off. Had I been told the accurate information I would not have stayed here. Not being upfront with patrons is unforgivable. Travelers should not be taken advantage of just because. I’m not sure who to blame here but this is unacceptable in a hospitality atmosphere. I did my due diligence but contacting the establishment before hand
