I thought it was gonna be outdated and old, but I was wrong. It was just amazing. The ambiance and the tone was on point. Lots of activities for kids, free ones, view was great to the pier or ocean. Skylight was nice. Hotel was spacious, comfy, and fun.

The hotel is in a very strategic location, making it easy to access various attractions. The receptionist during check-in was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I checked in during the afternoon, and the service was outstanding. Truly an excellent first impression! The hospitality and professionalism of the staff made my stay even more enjoyable. We had an awesome stay in our hotel. We booked night before our trip. Smooth transaction using the app. Not that far from mtr. There is a mini bus service going to the nearest mtr station which is Tsing Yi. Our room is nice and clean. And everyday they clean our room and changed towel provide toothbrush, tissue and slipper. And what I love in this place is it quite and peaceful unlike staying to other homestay in Hongkong.

The hotel is well maintained, clean, and spacious. Not congested like in Kowloon or Mongkok. Budget friendly. We stayed here for 4 days at a very affordable price. They also provide a shuttle too, which is very convenient if you're going to use the MTR.

Awesome stay. The food at Chef Mickey is excellent. Manage to take photo with Mickey and Goofy, my son loves them so much!! The staffs all are helpful and friendly. Environment is extremely on top quality.

Novotel Hong Kong Citygate
If you want to come to disneyland, ngong ping cable car and citygate outlets, this is the perfect place to stay. And they offered free shuttle to airport also. Awesome.

Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel
This is my first time here. I love the ambience so so so much. The smells, interiors, service was perfection because of friendly & helpful staff. The room so spacious beyond expectation, cleanliness was superb, the toiletries are cute overload made my day hahaha. It was very well maintained🖤. Then they have shuttle bus to Disneyland Park every 10 minutes.
