Good cleanliness, friendly and helpful receptionist staff, also when I made a mistake on the booking date .. it said I couldn't reschedule but they helped me by calling the official Traveloka directly and they responded quickly to Traveloka and the hotel, even when I had breakfast, it was almost close to the maximum breakfast time available, still served well and tried to provide everything, highly recommended when going to Bandung to stay here, there are many people selling around and there is an Indomart that has an ATM, so its location in the middle of the city makes everything easy. Thank you for serving very well

What a wonderful stay! The hospitality was beyond my expectations. Calming ambiance with very nice attention-to-detail decorations. The room was spacious and clean. Very happy to stay here, the location is in front of Pascal 23, a big mall in Bandung, just across the street. The room is clean, the breakfast is varied and delicious and it is on the rooftop of the hotel so you can enjoy the view of Bandung while having breakfast. Indoor swimming pool and complete sauna, there are hot and cool pools. Overall, I am satisfied staying here and will come here again if I go to Bandung.
