HARMONI SUITES HOTEL is my favorite hotel and has become my go-to whenever I stay overnight or have activities in Batam. The staff are friendly, the hotel has a comfortable atmosphere, the rooms are very nice and well-equipped, the neighborhood is very accessible for food and other items, the breakfast menu is delicious, and the place is also very clean. To management, I've been staying at this hotel for about five years. Since you changed management, I think everything has changed. The front office has left, housekeeping has left, rooms have been extended, and they're not cleaned.
