What a wonderful stay! All the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and kid-friendly, making us feel comfortable while staying with our children. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Although it's an older building, the luxurious and elegant feel is still very much present. The amenities are also complete, including a clean and comfortable bathtub. The warm service, maintained cleanliness, and the hotel's elegant ambiance made our stay even more memorable. Thank you for the excellent service. HARMONI SUITES HOTEL is my favorite hotel and has become my go-to whenever I stay overnight or have activities in Batam. The staff are friendly, the hotel has a comfortable atmosphere, the rooms are very nice and well-equipped, the neighborhood is very accessible for food and other items, the breakfast menu is delicious, and the place is also very clean. It's the best hotel in Batam with complete facilities and very satisfying service, in my opinion.
