It was a truly delightful experience. My son suddenly learned to swim while swimming in the pool at Harper.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

4 days 3 nights stay at Harper Palembang for business was very impressive, even though the hotel location is on the main road with heavy traffic until midnight but the soundproofing in the room is very good and can rest comfortably, the room is spacious, clean and fragrant, for the TV maybe needs to be upgraded to the current version, the bathroom is clean, the breakfast menu is varied and tastes delicious, other facilities are quite a lot such as swimming pool, fitness, etc., all staff are friendly and always greet you, beside the hotel area there is always a Blue Bird taxi ready if you want to go out or order a taxi online, those who are bored of ordering dinner online around the hotel there are many sellers of pecel lele etc., the taste is delicious and the price is very affordable, if you want to go to the PTC mall it is also close, for those who want a staycation it is recommended.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, good cleanliness, and good breakfast.
There are, in my opinion, just a few things that need improvement.
Security guards should be alert when checking guests in and out, especially if they seem a little troubled getting to their car in the lobby. Don't just look at them with a blank expression.
The pillowcases and towels are too worn for a 4-star hotel (the color of the pillowcases is no longer appropriate).

I stayed at the Harper Palembang for family reasons. The breakfast was varied and quite tasty. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, but the towels needed to be replaced as they were no longer white and had a slight musty odor.

The room is nice, but it's a bit scary if you bring children, don't dare to open the curtains, afraid to climb on the edge of the window, because there is no balcony, only glass, afraid it will break, otherwise the room is nice. The staff who guard the stand near the pool are friendly

The room is clean, comfortable, only the bathroom smells a bit like a settiteng, then yesterday I booked through Traveloka, noting the 4th floor, but the receptionist said it was full so they moved to the 5th floor, I wanted to go to the 10th floor but I didn't want to, the rest is just standard

I stayed at the Harper Palembang for family reasons. The breakfast was varied and quite tasty. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, but the towels needed to be replaced as they were no longer white and had a slight musty odor.

All the hotel staff were very friendly, and the service was exceptional, a stark contrast to other hotels.
It was a truly delightful experience. My son suddenly learned to swim while swimming in the pool at Harper.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The room is nice, but it's a bit scary if you bring children, don't dare to open the curtains, afraid to climb on the edge of the window, because there is no balcony, only glass, afraid it will break, otherwise the room is nice. The staff who guard the stand near the pool are friendly

The room is clean, comfortable, only the bathroom smells a bit like a settiteng, then yesterday I booked through Traveloka, noting the 4th floor, but the receptionist said it was full so they moved to the 5th floor, I wanted to go to the 10th floor but I didn't want to, the rest is just standard
