It was a very pleasant experience. Check-in was friendly and welcoming. There was a refreshing welcome drink. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was cool enough. Stayed here for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms. It was a very comfortable stay at Grand Pasundan. There is a playground and a reading corner, my son was happy playing ball in the playground😄 The security staff was helpful in helping carry things to the room, the security guard besides being a bellboy also guarded the parking lot. Got a free upgrade to a deluxe room, the breakfast was plentiful and the stall variants were never finished until after eating. The swimming pool was clean. I had sent the wrong package to this hotel and the staff was very responsive when I ordered a courier to pick it up. Thank you very much Grand Pasundan ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

At first I didn't have high expectations, but when I arrived, the accommodation was clean, the receptionist was friendly, the motorbike parking was safe, the hotel room was clean, the towels and sheets smelled good, which is important for me, the AC was cold, the bathroom was also spacious, in short, it was the best.

The location is very strategic. Close to the mall, close to Paskal snacks, close to the station. The service is very good. Everyone is friendly, helpful, the hotel is very clean. There is a pool that is big enough for swimming in the morning, the breakfast is delicious even though there are not many choices, there is an XBOX in the game area, wow! 🔥 Love it!!

It's been my 2nd time here and satisfied with the facilities. There is a welcome drink, the breakfast is delicious and varied, there is a coffee machine, tea tubruk, and herbal medicine.
