I booked this hotel due to its proximity to Indonesia Arena for a concert and it really was super close and walkable!
Arrived later at night and the staff were all super friendly and hospitable throughout my stay and were all very lovely. The check-in and checkout process was super smooth, I really have no complaints.
The room itself is really great. The beds were comfortable, I almost didn't want to leave.
Breakfast spread is varied and delicious as well.
Very lovely and nice place to stay. 10/10

Honestly, it is neither awesome nor unsatisfying. The guest room was a bit dingy. The bed cover, bed sheet and pillow covers had too much stains on it to not feel a bit disgusted upon seeing it. The table where they put the coffee and tea making tools was not well cleaned (had ants running around the table). All in all, the guest room was definitely in need of a better maintenance. Hopefully, business will get better soon so that the hotel management can provide better maintenance. On the bright side, the location was definitely strategic; The area offers a lot of choices for foods! If you're taking public transportation to get to the hotel, it is located within walking distance from MRT blok m bca and Blok m bus Terminal (definitely easy to get there!). The room price for one night without breakfast was pretty cheap, considering it 's Jakarta. AC and hot water also worked well (please bring your own toiletries as it is not provided by the hotel). The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Overall, I don't mind coming back again.

I never liked neoclassical-styled hotels to be honest, but I can say this hotel is beyond expectation. The room was clean and spacious with the most comfortable bed. The breakfast was great, too. Located right in the heart of Blok M, this hotel is the best one to choose for city-travel, staycation, etc.

Stayed at W Home Benhil for a quick city break, and it was a comfortable, no-fuss experience. The room was clean and cozy, with Netflix-ready TV, good AC, and hot water, perfect for unwinding after a day in Central Jakarta. Clean, big huge space. It has refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, hot water pot. There is laundry machine too next to the door inside the kitchen. Very complete and worth the price. Staff also helpful and friendy, fast respon. Recommended for your holiday needs. Near PIM and gandaria city mall, only 7 minute drive, not far fron gajahmada food street, bakmi lungkee, nasi ulam premium 20k, ronde and bakmi shiang hie. Go to PIK pantjoran only 40 minute drive. Nice swimming pool but in the afternoon is better than morning swim cause kind of windy in the morning and evening, my kids shaking: D
