I was very satisfied with the service at Citadines Antasari. All my requests for birthday decorations in my child's room were well-taken care of. Even though I'm not an ASR member, my request for a tent for my child was still provided. The room was clean and the facilities were very complete, so my child didn't get bored.

I originally booked two rooms but was upgraded to three rooms at no additional cost due to certain circumstances. The receptionist was friendly and allowed a 30-minute check-out delay because my child was still taking the UI SANG exam.
