My stay was a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel grounds were well-maintained. The food was delicious, with a wide variety, and the prices were reasonable. The hotel staff was very friendly, polite, and quick to assist with any guest needs. Special thanks to Mr. Rafli, who was very helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The building is magnificent, integrated with a mall. It's easily accessible to various locations, and best of all, the staff are all friendly and polite.

Thank you Citihub again. By chance, I got a new receptionist yesterday, so I had to show my ID. Usually, with the old staff, it's quick. Just deposit and auto check-in. But it's okay, overall it's good. I had a unique experience when they brought me a mukena and prayer mat for the Eid morning prayer. This service is cool. Citihub is always the hotel that is clean, comfortable, with an aesthetic scent from the lobby to the room.
