The room is super aesthetic. Sadly, I don't have a photo of the overall bedroom, but trust me it was so comfortable. Not too tiny, not too large. It is compact. They also served us breakfast on the rooftop, and it's beautiful. The breakfast is quite good too. I definitely will go back!

Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Gym is relatively small but all machines are well taken care of. All staffs are very friendly, they make me feel like I was in Disney land LOL. everyone is full of smile even though it was weekend and everyone is busy. It was a pleasant stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz-Carlton Mega Kuningan, and I must say it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is magnificent—from the elegant lobby to the beautifully appointed rooms and 5-course meal complimentary.
What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by *Mrs. Royana Rasjid*. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth went above and beyond our expectations. She was incredibly attentive to our needs, always greeting us with a smile, and made us feel truly valued as guests. Her caring, efficiency, and personable approach made every interaction a pleasure.

d'primahotel Mega Kuningan
+ room was great, services were somewhat good, but the view is absolutely awesome. water and AC runs perfectly. - I booked a non smoking room but got smoking room (the tobacco from the occupants is so strong). also got some problems from person in front of me (he took a lots of time to check in (almost 30 mins since I got in front of the receptionist)). overall it's good, only got bad experience from inevitable cause.
