The hotel's location is truly strategic, close to Plaza Medan Fair, Center Point Mall, Medan Station, and also culinary spots that are also great souvenir shops. My family and I stayed here for 2 days and 2 nights. We had connecting rooms, which were spacious and in good condition. We absolutely loved the breakfast menu; the flavors and variety were truly sumptuous, everything delicious with a satisfying selection. From local dishes to English breakfasts. Everything is complete at this hotel: the swimming pool is quite large, and the water in the sauna is very comfortable. The restaurant is also complete, ranging from Chinese, Western, and Indonesian specialties. The hotel also has a salon (professional). In short, we never get bored staying here. Furthermore, the staff is also great, helpful, and friendly. But because I read reviews of this hotel, which mostly highlighted the humble and informative service, I decided to take a vacation to this city and chose this hotel as my accommodation during my stay in Medan.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The room is super clean, the furniture is very aesthetic, and the room is spacious and comfortable. I originally booked a smoking room because the non-smoking room was no longer available, but I made a special request to be upgraded to a non-smoking room, and it was approved. I received a welcome cake for the second time, and the receptionist, Mr. Fama, helped me with the service. The receptionist was humble and helpful as always.

Every time I visit Medan, I always stay here. Swiss-Belinn Medan has become my second home in Medan. It's comfortable, clean, and the rooms aren't too big, but they're not too small either. The AC is cold, the water heater is hot, and the hair dryer works perfectly. See you on your next visit.
