Special thanks to [Staff Name, if applicable] for their helpful assistance! Perfect Room: My room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had a modern yet warm interior design. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I slept soundly every night. The view from the window was also a treat. Complete Amenities: I had the chance to try out the [Pool/Gym/Spa] facilities, and they were all very well maintained. The hotel's public areas were also kept clean.

The location is strategic, there are various types of food that are cheap (there is a place that sells fried rice seblak in the same location and it is very delicious, but I forgot the name of the location). Overall the room is comfortable, the AC is very cold, the table, chairs, and wardrobe are clean, there are clothes hangers too, the bathroom is clean (although the shower is off), the TV is on and playing national programs, and if you want to request cleaning, it can be cleaned immediately, the pillows and blankets smell good, the room smells good. Thumbs up overall, the shortcomings are only minor. Oh yeah, the service is very friendly and standby 24 hours. I chose a room near the reception but thank God it wasn't noisy. The best! Thank you!

Anniversary staycation. Very satisfied and happy. The kids could be left at the gym while my husband and I worked out at the gym. The lobby is already very luxurious. The rooms are clean and spacious, with complete facilities, and great amenities. The playground is clean, the food is delicious, the gym and sauna are clean, the hotel is just a short walk away, there's an infinity pool, and most importantly, all the staff are friendly and helpful ❤️

The room is clean and fragrant. Got towels and fragrant too. The position of the room is right near the elevator. The AC is also cold. And the good thing is, the position is right next to the mall. Next time if I go to Bogor, I want to stay here again.

This is a really nice room. Entering the room, it is clean, neat, cool and fragrant. It turns out there is a refrigerator and a built-in stove for cooking instant noodles. Towels, soap, and shampoo are also available.
