The hotel staff (parking attendants, receptionists, and room service) were always polite, informative, and smiling. The room facilities were well-maintained. The refrigerator was cold enough to store food and drinks, the hot water for showering was also easy to use, the towels were clean and fragrant, the Wi-Fi was smooth, and the smart TV worked well. The restaurant menu was quite varied and had many choices, with delicious food and generous portions.

It was a great stay experience in Sotis Kemang, especially the staff friendliness. We had a really good company from Mbak Bintang. Would definitely come back!

The hotel's location is strategic, making it easy to travel, passed by public transportation, and many places to eat around, from cheap to expensive, the hotel staff are very helpful, when checking in was assisted by mas Andhika, explained in detail about the room I took, very informative, and fun, and mas Andhika also offered to borrow a charger, because I happened not to bring a charger, it was very useful. For those who are tired of the noisy atmosphere of city traffic, this hotel is highly recommended, the atmosphere makes you feel like you are not in a big city, quiet, cold AC, soft mattress, clean, hot water, smart TV, basically makes you want to come back again.
