I was really surprised that the room was super clean and comfortable. Housekeeping also went around to make sure the amenities were perfect, not finding a single speck of dust in any inconspicuous area! Good job to the housekeeping at Citadines Antasari. I really appreciate it, because the most important thing when staying with children is the cleanliness of the room.

I really like this hotel.. 1000 stars.. The service is friendly.. The room is very nice.. The bathroom is very luxurious.. The location is very strategic, you don't have to bother looking for food.. It really exceeded expectations. For this price, you get a very spacious room with a sofa. The bathroom is very large and has a heater on the toilet seat. There's a bathtub and a sofa in the toilet. I really didn't expect it. The bed is very spacious. One of the best for this price.

I really enjoyed my stay at Cosmo Amaroossa Jakarta. The staff were professional, friendly, and very responsive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast had a good variety of choices and tasted great. The location is very strategic and easy to access. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth the price.

The room facilities were well-maintained. The refrigerator was cold enough to store food and drinks, the hot water for showering was also easy to use, the towels were clean and fragrant, the Wi-Fi was smooth, and the smart TV worked well. The restaurant menu was quite varied and had many choices, with delicious food and generous portions.

The hotel's location is strategic, making it easy to travel, passed by public transportation, and many places to eat around, from cheap to expensive, the hotel staff are very helpful, when checking in was assisted by mas Andhika, explained in detail about the room I took, very informative, and fun, and mas Andhika also offered to borrow a charger, because I happened not to bring a charger, it was very useful.
