Highly recommended. The rooms are clean, the sheets smell clean, the towels are clean, and the service from the receptionist, doorman, and cleaning staff is excellent. The breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant staff are quick and friendly. Oh, and I requested a high floor, and everything was taken care of and met my expectations. I am very satisfied to have booked a room at Terraz Tree Hotel for my parents during their visit to Jakarta (Dec 30-Jan 5). The hotel's location is very strategic in the Mampang/Tendean area, making it easy to get around during their stay. The service provided by the hotel staff was also excellent, friendly, and responsive, which certainly gave me a sense of peace of mind because my parents felt very well served. The facilities of the Deluxe Double room type booked were also clean and satisfactory. The staff are all friendly, the cleanliness is very clean from the room to the toilet, the AC is very cold, the water heater is very well functioning and this is what I need while staying at the hotel, the strategic area, near Blok M Square, just go through the Blok M tunnel entrance right in front of the hotel, there are many vendors if you want to eat, just choose, close to everything, the view is also very good, coincidentally the view of the Gojek office and Blok M Square, I am not detailed about the quality of the hotel, as long as it makes me comfortable staying there, then it is the best for me to come stay again, thank you, this is my best experience for the first time in Jakarta.

The hotel staff, from the security guard at the front gate to the room service and breakfast crew, were very friendly and helpful. The distance to my destination was only 300 meters. The food was varied and delicious. The hot water from the shower was very strong and comfortable. I was lucky!! Since I arrived at 10 am to confirm, the FO called me at 12 noon and said the room was ready. That was very helpful because I had two small children with me. Thank you very much Hotel Manhattan!! Don't forget to try the Indian restaurant on the 36th floor, it was delicious!

The hotel staff (parking attendants, receptionists, and room service) were always polite, informative, and smiling. The room facilities were well-maintained. The refrigerator was cold enough to store food and drinks, the hot water for showering was also easy to use, the towels were clean and fragrant, the Wi-Fi was smooth, and the smart TV worked well.
