What a nice staycation! Ambiance/Facilities: good vibes, great facilities. Food: delicious and various breakfast options. Staff are helpful. Staff Assistance: helpful and nice. They knew we were going to a concert at GBK area and told us the shortest way without us asking. Highlights: I asked for some additional water, and they came so fast. Price: worth your money. Location: right next to Plaza Senayan, walking distance to GBK area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. To our surprise, we received a complimentary room upgrade without having to pay any additional fee, which made our stay even more special. The room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We especially loved the large dressing area, as well as the generously sized toilet, bathtub, and shower. Everything felt luxurious and thoughtfully arranged. We were also fortunate to enjoy a stunning view of Bundaran HI from our room. It was truly a memorable experience for our entire family. Thank you for providing such outstanding room quality and exceptional service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta.
