Quick check in, room clean and comfy. Slight issue with the lighting but was promptly resolved by the staff. Breakfast was great. Definitely will stay again!

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The view was amazing. The room was clean, with a cool air conditioner. Their staffs are so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and had so many varieties. My kids love the pool. This staycation was nice amazing! Keep up the good work.

I checked in with staff name Doharma, she was so fast in responding, so friendly and warmful. The explanation for the hotel facility was so accurate. Best smile staff. Free parking ticket. The room was cold, so best because Medan is so hot. The breakfast had so many varieties. I will come back and stay at this hotel again. Thank you.

The hotel is located right in the center of Medan city. Across the hotel is the Famous Old but Well-known Restaurant: Tip Top. Nearby, there are lots of food options in the evening. I made a reservation which included breakfast. The breakfast is okay, enough in the morning. I had a very good stay, the staff were friendly, the room was big and clean, and so was the bathroom. More than I expected. The design they made in the hotel is very Instagrammable. I recommend this hotel, but please don't increase the price, because I want to stay here again.. LOL.

I had the most pleasant stay here. Executive room’s great, bed sheets and blankets are clean. strategic place, friendly staffs.

The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures: comfy and clean. Breakfast was delicious, too!
